We loved staying here! Excellent location near the river walk and shops and restaurants. They have rooms and apartments in different buildings in the area, all within a few seconds walk from the office. We had a nice 2 bedroom apartment that was clean, comfortable and had a nice private balcony. We'll stay here again next time in Brisbane.

Stayed for work for three nights. Close to the airport but in a great location for cafes & restaurants.
Room was a good size, neat and tidy with everything that you could need. Had a well equipped kitchen so if you didn't want to eat out at one of the many nearby restaurants or cafes you could cook.
Only downside was that the bed room was very warm - there was an air-conditioning unit in the main room but the cool air didn't reach into the bedroom. The overhead fan and pedestal fan in the bedroom just moved the warm air about.

We were meeting 40+ people for lunch as a get to know one another in hope of doing a world cruise next year. It was held at Cruisers alfresco which was such a fantastic place for a meet and greet. The hotel was just across the road, great complex for dining, movies, shopping walk along the Brisbane river. The apartment was very well equipped although we only made coffee as far as cooking as we ate out lunch and dinner. So many extra supplies there if needed. Towels, laundry powder etc, heaps of tea/coffee etc. will probably use again in May for another lunch. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was 5 mins walk to a show; directions to their parking bays were woeful; have to walk thru the underground Carpark with luggage to lifts (which aren't signposted well enough). We had to be rescued by Thomas, a security guard) who showed us where to go. Our apartment had slippery tiles, the shower head was loose and wouldnt stay up, so you had to bend at the knees then kept bumping your back on the shelf. Rooms are serviced weekly, so no fresh towels everyvday; you have to buy your own toiletries/toilet paper if you run out, For the cost per night, I expected better.

Location was great and the apartment was fairly comfortable. That said, the one bedroom apartment we had was definitely on the shabby side. The fixtures and fittings felt cheap and worn. The carpet was worn and stained in several places. Instructions for appliances were supposed to be in the kitchen bottom drawer, but when I opened it, it came off in my hand (and there was nothing in there). The toaster was faulty and the drawer in which it was, was full of breadcrumbs. There were no replacement bin bags. The frypan was cheap and nasty. The photos online also made the place look much bigger than it actually is. So it was fine, but definitely no frills.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the link Portside due to a flight cancellation. I had to fly the night before my cruise.
Such a wonderful apartment, with great facilities including free WIFI. Clean tidy and large. Reasonable price of $200/night.
Central to restaurants and Dendy cinema. All within stones throw. IGA across the road.
The ship pulls up at the end of the wharf so you get a great view of it before boarding. The terminal is 200m from link around the corner. You can drop your check in suitcase to the terminal at 9am, regardless of boarding time. The clerk let me know this and also lent me a stapler for my bag tag.
I would highly recommend link apartments before your next cruise or if you’re staying in Brisbane.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting family in Brisbane. The hotel is new and very clean and well maintained, free wifi and free parking are a real plus. The place is not well signposted and can be a challenge to find. Close to the city cruise terminal and city cat stop so easy to get into the city by boat. Close by is an IGA supermarket open 6am until 10 pm daily. Also restaurants in the precinct. The room is a good size and very quiet . All clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Stayed here for a month and whilst the room is fine and the location handy, it's the incessant noise that was unbearable. The over priced bars and cafes rin right through to 12pm when the last stragglers shout as they get their taxis home. Then the bin and service trucks start rumbling in at 6am. There was also building work going on at the moment and guests should be warned that the construction noise starts at 6.30am Monday to Saturday. I suspect this will go on until early 2017. The parking is difficult to get into in the evenings as the one way system is chock full of revelers and diners, so best to select your times carefully with this accommodation. 20 mins to the airport terminal (door to door) and about the same to the city. Right next door to Eat Street food markets on Friday and Saturday, which is excellent.

We stayed overnight at Link Portside when we flew to Brisbane from Perth to board a cruise ship the following day. We arrived late at night but the hotel had sent instructions on how to access keys and make our way up to the apartment which was very easy. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable and we were sad we weren't staying longer. The cruise terminal is only a few steps away from the hotel and the ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. There are some lovely little eating spots around to pass the time while waiting to board the ship. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to be at the cruise terminal.

We stayed at the Link Portside Apartment Hotel in December 2015 (1 bedroom 3rd floor) whilst visiting family in Brisbane. What a great location with everything at your doorstep (IGA supermarket, cinema, restaurants and cruise ship terminal). The apartment was very new, modern and very very clean. The bedroom was huge with an opening door to access the spacious balcony with outdoor setting and access also into the livingroom and kitchen areas. Located between the bathroom and bedroom was a small study area which was very handy. The ladies on Reception were fantastic, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Undercover secure car parking and WiFi were complimentary, a great bonus. Just a short walk along the Brisbane River, you can board a Rivercat ferry for an enjoyable cruise along the river to Brisbane City (and return). With the cruise ships frequently docking, there is always something of interest on the river. Just a really great spot with a very relaxed and casual atmosphere.
