One night stay pre cruise, arrived very late after our luggage didn't make it to Brisbane. No one on site, key was not easy to retrieve, had a corner room, pretty noisy in the morning, breakfast was included. Free transfer to cruise terminal.

For a quick business trip in Hamilton, this hotel is well situated between Brisbane and the airport, and in fact it is a 15 minute drive from the airport. However, there were a few quirks which did not raise to the occasion, and one especially is not returning 2 emails I sent a week before inquiring about laundry and dry cleaning services, which I was in dire need of after travelling for almost 3 weeks. No replies whatsoever, and when I got there, only to find that the dry cleaning service with which the hotel works is closed for the better part of the weekend. So bag in hand I set out to a nearby laundromat to do my washing. This is certainly not ideal for the business traveller, especially that I had some urgent reports to attend to and submit early Monday. At first glance the room (#306) is well kept with daily room keeping, but dust bunnies under the bed were plentiful, and some items (lights, etc.) were not functioning. Furthermore, the safe is NOT bolted down and you can literally walkout the room with it in your hands (defeats the purpose). Can I recommend this hotel, perhaps, but I would certainly urge management to review some of their practices and by any intent DO NOT expect laundry / dry cleaning services if you are there on a weekend. One saving grace was the staff who were forthcoming and recognised the error and went out of their way to correct the issues.

Dear Sophie, thank you for taking the time to complete the survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We have passed your message to our management team! We do apologize that laundry service is running by the external company. We will try to recommend them to open during the weekend. Again, I do apologize to cause any incontinence for this and thank you so much for reviewing our hotel.

We arrived around 9pm tired and hungry. Very friendly staff on check-in. Our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable too. The water pressure in shower was great too and complimentary toiletries (large bottles they refill) smelt amazing. Room service was available ubtil 9.30 so we managed to quickly order. Food was cheap and yum!Hot tub is currently closed due to covid. There is a small cafe that has the same menu as room service. There is a small complimentary car park for guest use. Hotel is next door to a petrol station and in walking distance of restaurants and a bottle shop. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Pros: close to the airport. Clean room. Fancy fixtures. Breakfast available. Quiet room Cons: awkward check in. You have to call and give several pieces of personal information to someone on the phone to get your key to your room. Pictures make the place seem a lot bigger. Great angles. Tiny parking spots. Stepping out of the tub/shower is awkward and dangerous as the floor is lower than the tub floor. You have to order and wait on breakfast.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we would recommend it and would stay there again. So well located with undercover parking, short walk to Bretts Wharf ferry, Portside and a slightly longer walk to Eat St. Very friendly staff, nice and clean, modern and trendy. Great to have the cafe downstairs with nice breakfast options although I think the menu is too much for the front-of-counter cooking facilities they have there.

Stayed for 2 nights on business. It is centrally located to many conveniences with some great restaurants 5 minute walk. The whole experience from online booking in to check out was seamless. The rooms are modern and clean. I had a front room which was noisy through the night but leaving the windows closed dampened most of the noise. Will book again next month when back in town.

This hotel is modern, new & well appointed. Has on-site licensed cafe/restaurant, free on-site parking & is centrally located across the road from shops/restaurants/dining precinct. The bed was super comfy & room was clean. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely stay here again in the future.

We arrived on midnight flight from Perth early and was allowed an early book-in after 7 am which allowed us to catch up on some rest. Facilities are modern, clean and have all the latest facilities. Staff is friendly and eager to please. The complimentary ride to the cruise terminal is a great plus. Will certainly visit again.

Booked to stay prior to a cruise. What a great choice. Booked the ocean cruise special package which included pick up from the airport, breakfast and shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. Excellent price. It is well located close to the Airport and extremely close to Portside cruise terminal. Short walk to catch the City Cat ferries and lots of eating places within a short walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was very modern, well appointed and very clean. Quite a good selection for breakfast at the cafe on site. Free wifi was helpful. While it is next to a busy road, there was no road noise at all. Ended up staying again on our return to Brisbane as we were delayed in disembarking the cruise ship and missed our international flight. An excellent stay for a 2nd time. Would be our first choice when coming to Brisbane again.

For starters I will say that my partner and I only stayed here one night and they let us check in super early which was a massive plus.
However, this hotel is beyond average. The shower/bath had mold, the hotel is extremely small and overall there's not much going for it. The balcony rooms are not worth it and overlook messy residential yards. Its a catfish hotel that looks awesome online but not so great in person.
The location is great in regards to being close to the airport, cruise terminal and ferry terminal. The staff are very friendly and try to be accommodating.
