Stayed here for the State of Origin. Very clean and really well designed 1 bedroom apartment. Close to Art Galleries, James St for higher end shopping and lots of cafes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money

The construction should be all but over then. If you have your balcony door closed you will hardly notice it and there is no construction noise in the evening. Everything else you should find very comfortable and clean.
