The staff were really lovely and the location was decent. Check in and check out was quick and easy. However the rooms were very basic and disappointing, definitely not the more luxurious experience we were expecting.

Im not one to leave reviews. What else can i say? Should have driven 4.5hr back home after the concert. Low water pressure no hot water Aircon didn't work. No sleep at all. No apologies. This is my worst experience for an overnight stay for this price.

An unhappy and hot stay, when you sweat in a $400 a night room there is something wrong. Overall it really is a place that values style over substance. I have let the hotel know of the various issues we had and can only hope they take these onboard for their next guests!

From the moment I arrived everything was fantastic. Friendly staff, spotless room, free parking and a complimentary mini bar! Also do yourself a favour and grab something from the Rose Cafe, the Brioche was fantastic!

The room was super cute. Comfy bed. Excellent location as we had a concert at the fortitude valley music hall. We would stay again. Good price too. Air conditioning was good. Lovely artwork. Thank you for having us.

Not a bad place to stay for a weekend I the valley. The location is great and the rooms a good size. There were a few issues with the rooms. The air conditioning was too cold and would not let me increase the temperature. I wanted to raise this with reception but it had a long queue every time I walked past so I just put up with it. The bed side maps were disconnected which is annoying as I like to read before sleep and the courtyard was a nice addition but needed the dead leave being swept up. Not a bad overall experience.

Room located next to a night club, music did not stop until 2 or 3am when club closed. Am ok with general noise but this felt like I was in the club. Maybe consider double glazing windows or sound proofing

Hi Michellegoolker, Thank you for taking time on leaving us a review. We are sadden to see that your stay with us was gravely affected by the noise coming from our neighbouring club and pub. The hotel has noise dampening facilities like double glazing and even thick glazing windows on all of our hotel rooms however due to close proximity to the pub and club, the noise is still penetrating the hotel. This does not stop us on finding alternative ways to ensure this situation won't happen again in the long run. Nice and friendly front desk staff and clean and tastefully decorated rooms. The only downside was the location and its proximity to the public housing area as there were some dodgy looking men smoking and hanging nearby the hotel in the evening so I didn't feel very safe returning in the evening on my own.

The hotel was nice and modern with lots of unique art. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a safe and coffee machine, it also came with free parking and was very conveniently located near the Fortitude Valley Music Hall for the concert we were attending.
