The Constance has the most comfortable beds and pillows, and is a completely blackout room. There’s not much more you can ask for when you need a great nights sleep. I would be happy to stay here again.

We booked for Halloween with three of us staying in the spa room The first issue was the advertised rate said it was $55 extra on top of the $350 then on arriving it was $85 extra Also in 2021 it’s very rude to request a $200 bond when most hotels don’t One of our party arrived early and was told by a rude front office staff manager she couldn’t wait inside!! This is Fortitude Valley and she was forced to wait outside!!! The room was lovely albeit the spa is really just a bath We planned to spend the morning there after our night out but felt so unwelcome and unsafe we left at about 0700am On calling and requesting a refund I received a voicemail from Jason the manager No refund received Stay away this is a clip joint
