A well- appointed room, we had complimentary WiFi. Staff in passing were friendly. Bed was very comfortable. My only crittisim would be that food kept running out for the buffet breakfast. Directions to the pool could be more explicit.

Very nice hotel and very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Top breakfast to start the day. Great location very handy to the city and stadium a 10 minute walk away. River walk 5 minutes away as is the train station. Easy access to main roads in and out of the city. Would certainly stay next time.

Travelled with partner. First room was large and had view over the city. Well appointed with modern decor. Very comfy bed. Moved to 1 bedroom after a small amount of storm damage impacted our previous room. 1 bedroom is huge! Bathroom is enormous with separate living and dining areas. Very modern decor, large comfy lounge. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at this hotel around 4 times in the last three months, so as I can't review each stay I'll just consolidate them all here. The first stay, of which has warranted the review title was in the Pullman side of the hotel. Now, everything about the hotel itself was perfect. Check in smooth, room was great. Everything got...

The Pullman stands up to its 5 star rating. I arrived from the Sunshine coast to be greeted by the concierge who parked my car for the night. Parking is extra and is $40 per night. Check in was smooth and they cut a second key for my daughter who was arriving later. The room was a twin queen bed...

Hi lornaodonnell, You're making me blush with such kind words, thank you! I will certainly take your car retrieval suggestion into consideration. We have just purchased new ear piece radios for our Concierge Team so i'm certain that this should open up the communication lines and eliminate any awkwardness during that procedure. Thanks again lornaodonnell, Ashleigh

Nothing more frustrating than when you arrive at check-in time and the room is not ready. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no mini bar provided, nothing, no drinks, no nuts, no chocolates. Dim light in bathroom.

“Corner rooms have 180 degree views all mounted tv and a bathroom that included a bath tub/shower. The staff at this hotel were exceptional and a special thanks to housekeeping for providing extra supplies, the friendliness at reception, and on the rooftop bar (16 Anteliers) and especially Farres in the KG Bar who was delightful. As the weekend was a scorcher we didn’t venture out too much but did spend time in the pool and the air conditioned room. The pool area is under renovation but still usable. Hotel did offer to transport us to their sister property Sofitel but we declined. I have read some blogs listing the hotel rooftop bar 16 Anteliers as one of the top and emerging rooftop bars in Brisbane so I did pop in for a beer or two. Although it was hot the temperature was quite pleasant on the rooftop which offered some shade and I enjoyed the atmosphere during both daytime and nightime. There were some nice soft comfy couches to sit on. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings including an omelette chef and barrista styled coffee and chai lattes etc. Location is great and just a block away from the hub of the city in the Queen Street Mall. Museum which is free is located across the road. I will be happy to return at this hotel again and it does have some nostalgic memories as we had our honeymoon here 32 years ago when it was called the Crest Hotel. Save”
