Very nice room and hotel amnities. Staff very very good at their work. Genuine, helpful and efficient. Had an issue on my floor with leaking air cond and resultant bad smell in corridor which took a bit of fixing bit that aside a very enjoyable stay.

Second stay and no disappointments. If anything, the property has had refurbishment since I last stayed 3 years ago. Staff at all levels were very amenable and willing to assist. The restaurant was just about to close at 9.45pm but still offered me the house special meal package. And a nightcap to go. Much appreciated Amanda....Great Accor deal of 40%...

I stayed for three nights in a club level room while in town to support a family member in hospital for a very serious condition. From the moment I checked in the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond in every way and surprised me with a lovely bouquet of flowers to take to the hospital. It is rare...

Only stayed one night. Booked into Mercure ( same reception) and offered upgrade to Pulman king room for $30. The room was spacious and comfortable, wi fi free, and a bottle of bubbly arrived with compliments. Breakfast was standard fare, but quite ok. All very enjoyable.

Very central, clean room albeit a bit dated, helpful staff and free hot breakfast. Perfect for a quick business trip, though I did panic a little when the clock on the lift was a half hour fast and I thought I was running late.

Stayed for 4 nights and found the staff very helpful and kind. Food in the restaurant was good. Valet car parking is conducted with a minimum of fuss. Location is great, only waking distance across the footbridge to the Southbank precinct and a few blocks to Eagle Street Pier.

“Corner rooms have 180 degree views all mounted tv and a bathroom that included a bath tub/shower. The staff at this hotel were exceptional and a special thanks to housekeeping for providing extra supplies, the friendliness at reception, and on the rooftop bar (16 Anteliers) and especially Farres in the KG Bar who was delightful. As the weekend was a scorcher we didn’t venture out too much but did spend time in the pool and the air conditioned room. The pool area is under renovation but still usable. Hotel did offer to transport us to their sister property Sofitel but we declined. I have read some blogs listing the hotel rooftop bar 16 Anteliers as one of the top and emerging rooftop bars in Brisbane so I did pop in for a beer or two. Although it was hot the temperature was quite pleasant on the rooftop which offered some shade and I enjoyed the atmosphere during both daytime and nightime. There were some nice soft comfy couches to sit on. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings including an omelette chef and barrista styled coffee and chai lattes etc. Location is great and just a block away from the hub of the city in the Queen Street Mall. Museum which is free is located across the road. I will be happy to return at this hotel again and it does have some nostalgic memories as we had our honeymoon here 32 years ago when it was called the Crest Hotel. Save”
