Being a relatively new building I was expecting cleanliness and was shocked and disappointed with the carpets being badly stained and clearly very dirty, the grout in the tiles around the toilet appeared dirty too and I didn't feel hygienic in this room. Ice box in freezer badly frozen up and a strange smell in the room. Bathroom lighting was...

The young girl on the front desk was very friendly and only too happy to assist. I was pleasantly suprised when I got to the room. The corridor is small and pokey but inside the room was very good for a short stay. All the amenities were very clean and they managed to pack a lot in the space provided....

I stayed here for a couple of nights for business, it was ok but all very ordinary and a bit grotty really. Thought the front desk staff were pretty impersonal and not that friendly. Rooms were ok but very basic, sort of clean but just grotty and dated I guess, the doona was really stained and yellow when the top...

It was quiet, basic, close to convenience store, pubs, restaurants, and city. Was a short stay of two night, undercover secure parking made the difference for me. Checkout was less than a minute. Great staff.

Overnight stay in a hotel room which was clean and comfortable. Good value for money as FREE PARKING was provided which is rare in Brisbane these days. When parking enter via Primrose St off St Pauls Tce, parking is well signed. After check-in you get a swipe allowing parking in the secure basement. Sideboard in the room supporting the microwave,...

Was just a place to sleep after a trade show, so usually dont expect much. I had a break during the day to pop in and get my room key, lucky I did as I was going to only arrive around 10pm that night after work, but found out they close the reception at 7pm .... so lucky ... also...

Stayed 5 nights: good value for money. Sold as self catering but only provided microwave, bottle opener and toaster - no hob and no bowls to use with microwave. Clean and modern but lacking maintenance- no wifi downstairs, kitchen doors fell off, couple of light bulbs not working. Good value but basic and no proper cooking facilities which would have...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, it was spacious with a big balcony space, good amenities that allowed us to cook, even a washing machine. Walking distance to restaurants located in the Valley, otherwise catch the City glider bus to take you into city. Mostly met the front desk attendant who was friendly and proactive in responding to our...
