My friend and I only stayed one night (wish we had booked 2) in this delightful boutique hotel. The customer service was second to none (special thanks to Mitchell for looking after us) and all staff very welcoming and friendly. We had a room on the ground floor easily accessible to reception area but very quiet and to the side of the building. Although on a main road the soundproofing ensured no traffic noise. Our large room room with twin beds (beds a little hard and not king singles) also had a balcony so we could open up the glass doors for fresh air and in the evening the trees were decorated in fairy lights so a lovely outlook. Blockout curtains, good size TV (no Foxtel) and complimentary water and juice in fridge which was a nice touch. Good water pressure in the shower and nice bathroom amenities. Onsite undercover parking is provided for a small fee but make sure you book in advance as spots are limited. Only a short walk to the bus stop for buses into the city or Suncorp stadium and close to the cafes and restaurant strip of Fortitude Valley. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Brisbane - highly recommended.

Nice hotel about 10 minutes from the Story Bridge and about 15 to 20 minutes from the city center. The hotel itself does not offer breakfast or other food, but there are restaurants that work with the hotel and charge for the room. Speaking of rooms, they are relatively clean but very simply furnished, not to say sad. No colors, everything white and gray.

Business staycation. Basic room, very quiet and loved the idea that it offers several "nice" nearby restaurants that you can back charge to your room. This will now become my regular working away hotel. . Downside is that the places they advertise for breakfast were not aware of the backcharge agreement! No available catering faculties on site. Able to grab a coffee and charge it to your room.

Positives: friendly reception staff and early checkin so nice surprise. Good location for us who are visiting family , wouldn’t be for everyone. Room size large. Despite comments actually quite quiet, and good blackout curtains. AC good if not a bit cold ( but better than too hot ) , wifi is good.
Negatives: and they are little things which really are just annoying and so easily fixed and if not an issue then I would thoroughly recommend to stay here.
Provide breakfast packs ( pre packed bowels of cereal , milk, OJ, coffee pods, and muesli bar) but dont provide spoons to eat it, and not remedied when asked about the spoons. The daily service, replace the cereal but not the milk or coffee so no spoon no milk etc . Again each day cost the same .
No bathroom door, which I hate so the suite is really just one big room and not a suite at all, with no real facilities ( no cups no bowels no no spoons) . As we were attending family events with multiple functions we both had multiple outfits, to be firmly told no each took is only allowed 4 hangers we couldn’t have any more!
Towels first day plush, then after that thread bare and had holes, room not actually cleaned in any way despite moving things even bin ( only one very small one as a gripe) not emptied) . As I said little things that actually make a difference from a bearable stay to a memorable stay.
It will be on the list when I return for family but it could have been my go to.

Loved our stay here. The staff are warm & friendly. The location was perfect - next to James St & the Emporium. Short walk to Chinatown & the fantastic restaurants in Fortitude Valley. We also walked to New Farm Park for a picnic after picking up delicious pastries along the way. If you're interested in a longer walk, take the gorgeous riverside walk from New Farm Park all the way to the city, botanic gardens & Southbank. The room was tidy and the bathroom was clean. We particularly loved the Pure Herbs handwash, shampoo & bodywash. The only downside was that the bed linen could be cleaner & updated.

We stayed here for two nights. We had an event at the Valley Pool, and this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone needing to go there, it's very close.
The service here is excellent and we got consistently good service from the staff at the front desk. Unfortunately they were the only high points. The room was awful. It was extremely dark with no natural light. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV was too small for the location it was in. We had a balcony with no furniture that only looked over other people's rooms, so you couldn't use it without feeling awkward. The decor was ugly. The plumbing in the bathroom was bad and it smelled really bad nearly the whole time we were there. There was only free to air on the TV. There is parking at the hotel, but it is not free, which is usual for a cbd hotel. There is not much street parking around this end of the Valley. I really wanted this place to be better, but they are going to have to fix the rooms, and put quality beds in there for the room rate they are charging. There are better options at that price.

This was the first time we stayed as a family and it was brilliant. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was very spacious and had all we needed for a week away with the kids. Every time I stay at Alpha Mosaic it is an enjoyable stay. Staff are friendly & helpful, rooms always very clean and the location is great!

I totally recommend this hotel. The staff are just lovely and really helpful. Service is hard to come by I have found in my travels but this hotel has that traditional style for the customer experience. Thank you to Haley and Dakoda for all the suggestions for sight seeing!

My wife and I recently stayed at Alpha Mosaic for a special occasion. We had a tremendous time. The room was clean, fresh, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Dylan at reception was extremely helpful and professional and had the same experience with the other staff. The hotel is located in the heart of the Fortitude Valley which was ideal for us. It made our stay so much easier being close to the city, shops, public transport, nice restaurants, cafes and bars. We will definitely be back to stay again!

As a returning guest, once again that speaks for itself. Comfortable room with great facilities and a safe environment. Staff are wonderful and provide a very " home away from home " atmosphere. Bar/coffee service always greeted with a friendly member of staff,( Great coffee!) I was sad to leave, but will be happy to return for a visit. Thank you again for all your help and friendship. 😊☕
