Great hotel, ideal location with free on site underground parking. We were only in Brisbane for two days or we would of definitely stayed longer. Within walking distance of the city and all the main attractions.

arrived 11/12/2016 and out 16/12/2016 - upgraded to the top floor after booking was lost - Staff that we dealt with from the reception to the housemaids to the restaurant and coffee shop where all fabulous - someone had flogged the coffee machine from the room we were allocated so it was replaced immediately along with the faulty ironing board...

We stayed here on a stopover between flights. While you can get to the hotel via a train, it is an uuphill walk so the shuttle is easier. It takes 10minuets to walk onto the CBD. The rooms were quiet. They have gluten fee for breakfast if required.

Pleasantly welcomed with a glass of home made lemonade, receptionist polite, check-in fast and easy. Room smelt stuffy, white stain on the 'runner' on end of bed, pubic hair on toilet seat. Ok for price but not very clean. Can't complain for $129 per night. Photo: city view from balcony on 4th floor

Good location close to the city. Room was clean and renovated bathroom was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay and would stay again. Balcony was small without any furnishing but a minor detail.

I have stayed here several times before and have usually been on the upper levels with nice district views. This time I was on level 1 but was still impressed with quality of the room, it's size and furnishings and the size of the bathoom and its fixtures etc. my short stay was grand!

I booked this on a promotion with a Jetsaver flight, so it was a very reasonable price. We arrived on a Sunday around supper time, but very few places were open. The area has very little activity at all. The hotel itself seemed very quiet, with very few cars in the underground parking. The staff were friendly and pleasant, so...

Checked in on an overnight mystery stay, easy process with free weekend parking. Staff on front desk offered free lemon drink which was a nice touch. Very happy with the queen room, looked like it had been recently renovated, compact but had everything that you could need. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Spent a couple of hours relaxing by the rooftop...

Location of the Hotel was within 20 minutes of Brisbane Airport. A very handy free bus shuttle service to the Queen St Mall was available, pretty much from the next corner from the Hotel. Friendly staff and nice, clean room. Great shower and super comfy bed.
