Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hands down the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in!

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay in one of the motels executive suites. They are actually located on the property next door to the main motel which meant we had plenty of peace and quiet whilst staying in this virtually brand new room where we had everything we needed. Mind you, this little gem of a hotel is tucked away in a quiet street, right along the shores of Moreton bay so the whole property is peaceful and quiet.

The owners were incredibly friendly and very welcoming, I got the strong sense that they would bend over backwards to help serve their guests.

As we have just moved to the area I doubt I’ll get to stay there again but I will most certainly be sending my family a s friends to stay there whenever they come to visit.

Thanks for such a great stay

This is a little hidden gem tucked away in a quiet street, meaning it is peaceful and quiet.
The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed.
Parking is in the main car park, and although not allocated to any room, there was ample room.
My reception was easy and friendly, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
The main business district is only a few minutes down the road, and you can get back on the motorway in a matter of minutes.
I will definitely be back.

Loved our stay here. Everything you want in a motel, with a lovely quiet location and just a stone's throw from the water. Owners are lovely. They have good block-out curtains and decent soundproofing so we slept soundly.

Stayed initially for one night then for 10 extra nights due to a family funeral. Sam & Julia went out of their way to make us welcome and helped find a room for us over a busy period. The traditional motel rooms face the swimming pool and have outside seating. The suites are in a separate building with more space but no outside areas. Either are well equipped and spotless. Cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful older style Motel near the water in Wynnum. Very clean and comfortable . Great pool and BBQ area .

Very friendly and helpful Managers.

The Motel is within walking distance to a great coffee shop (Frankie’s) and a slightly longer walk to the Wynnum boardwalk and town centre.

We were staying there to attend a function nearby and we enjoyed our stay .

Literally could not find my room.. Got given half instructions over the phone, arrived near 10 in the evening, no reception, no one to speak to, phones not answered, no instructions on how to get to room, no map. Bad experience compounded by aggressive behavior when trying to discuss it, emails for refunds going un-answered. Had to find another hotel near midnight - worst possible experience as a business traveller.

Have stayed here a couple of times now. Use it as a base for our camping trips to Moreton island as its about 10 mins away from Brisbane port. Convenient to shops too.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, there is laundry facilities, parking at the door, its quiet and there's a reserve and water just at the end of the street. Havn't used the pool yet - maybe next time. Honestly cant fault the place. Got upgraded to the family room on our return and its lovely and big.

Will definately stay here again.

Stayed one night here and will use it again. Location is good, the room was spacious and everything very clean, nice quiet area and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We were able to park right outside our room and could have had a swim if we wished.
