This place is walking distance from the city, CBD, train and bus stations. Has free internet, tea, coffee, a communal kitchen with shared refrigerator, microwave, gas etc. The staff were nice and friendly. If you don't mind the train noise (very close to the tracks), you could get some sleep. When I first walked in, it took me a few...

Really close to the railway tracks, trains keep a really loud noise all the time, rooms are hot and humid since there is no air con so we ended up rolling around in bed sweating the whole night. Bathrooms and toilets are dirty and taps are broken etc. Kitchen facilities aren't good and we didn't find a place to do...

I have been travelling for the last two years and stayed in well over 100 different hostels hotels and backpackers,in the numerous developing countries I have stayed in I find it hard to find one that came close to this; the place needs some paint a good scrub and pride in itself. But why should they? The reason: We had...

We got ourserlves lost trying to find the Hostel - we travelled for a month throughout Australia and Brisbane was the only city we found hard to drive! Check-in was difficult, we couldn't understand or be understood. Then we couldn't open the door that gives access to the rooms area. The room was bad: hot, dated, uncomfortable, I couldn't tell...

This place just isn't hygienic. We tried to stay there for few nights, however the smell of mould in the room was overwhelming so decided to shorten our stay. There was this dodgy smell in the kitchen as well and staff didn't seem to bother much about their guests. Located quite far from the city too. Wi-fi never worked in...
