The staff were lovely, although it did take a while for someone to check me in, and even then i had to call down to have my bags brought to my room. The room was perfectly fine, breakfast tasty and promptly delivered, and the conference facilities largely very good. I'm not sure why however hotels such as the Sofitel, which...

Stayed at the Sofitel for a short break and found the central location with first class transport links to the airport, just perfect. A lovely room with a wonderful view, together with the outdoor pool and spa, made for a wonderful break. The staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommend

Very comfortable hotel, good staff and facilities. Easier and quicker to access than airport hotels, as it is just above Central station! Rooms very comfortable and well-fitted out, as one would expect from a Sofitel. Well worth being on the Club level!

Stayed at the Sofitel in a suite with my mum for a girls weekend. We had a great time as the staff were so friending and the room was beautiful. We had spa treatments at the spa in the hotel Stephanie's and it was great. I will definitely return one day.

Fabulous place to stay. Staff professional and great service. Late checkout was a godsend. Bed very confortable and definitely a place to sleep in. Gym was great with good facilities. Bar made an amazing cocktail.

Not what you would expect when travelling Down Under: classic french atmosphere, european ambiance. You almost forget you're on the other side of the world. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast area with lots of choice, regular and local items.

Great hotel, some areas starting to wear a little but still 4-1/2 stars or better. Customer service is exceptional and staff go out of their way to be helpful. Joshua in Cuvee was exceptional. I have never seen a faster room service attendant than Maria. Looking forward to my next stay. .

We always enjoy staying here, rooms are great, service is very good. Etc. However my wife has celiac and we found there was a notable lack of anything available in gluten free at breakfast or dinner. In this day and age choices should be abundant especially in a five star hotel.

$49 per head buffet breakfast and not worth it. Not good fruit or cheese selection and no smoked salmon. Very casual attitude to service. Trying to be French unsuccessfully. Pour quoi? Also tried the seafood buffet on Sunday lunch. Had to queue for ages even though we were staying at the hotel and had a booking. Desserts were half the...

As I was in a wheelchair, I was dismayed at the lack of disabled facilities. We were surprised that there was no lift from the underground carpark to the lobby. However, once we reached the lobby, staff couldn't do enough for me. We were shown to our table in the ballroom. The tables were beautifully set and all of the...
