Location of property is excellent if needing to be near medical services or needing to be close to city but not right in the middle of it. Rooms are tidy, little kitchenette BUT no plates or cutlery there is a cooktop in the room but nothing to cook with. No point having a kitchenette, people next door to us went out and bought a microwave to use in their room.

Please take a look at your bedding. People stay in hotels to sleep, predominantly. Your pillows are in unacceptable condition, they are well past their time. If you do not have the budget to replace the entire inventory of pillows, you must look at your business model, as that is the MAIN thing guests need to use...
Also, please update your hotel amenities to clearly state that parking is NOT INCLUDED, your advertising is very deceiving. The rate you charge to park there is insanely high, and the circular parking lot is horrendously laid out with pie-shaped parking spots, with guests parking across multiple parking spots because you cant fit in. I did inform the hotel that I will be arriving after 10 PM. Even though, the hotel didn't arrange my keys, and had to book another hotel for the night, paying twice as much for last minute bookings. I spent $250 just on the last minute hotel booking because the hotel didn't keep my keys ready when I arrived about 11 PM. It was the worst experience I have ever had. In all the properties across Australia which dont have 24 hours reception, they do provide keys for the night (there is a safety box or something) and then, they will have my check-in formalities done the next morning. But, no one from the hotel team was able to connect when I arrived. The security company who you hire told me that nothing he can as well do, and the only option was to stay at another property for the night. And for asking for a refund for the first night which I didn't stay, they denied it.
I have been to small hotel accommodations like these all the time, but I never faced any issues. I would never stay in this hotel in the future.

Please be advised that we do have an after hours check in system available for guest who may arrive after 10pm however, this must be prearranged. Our reception team did attempt to arrange this for you however we received no response. In order for our team to provide your room key in a lock box, we must first verify guest details as per our security policy. Because no details were verified, the reservation was considered a 'No-Show' since we received no further communication. We apologise that we were unable to check you in however the reception team was just adhering to our security policies. The price is really cheap for a hotel that is literally minutes from Brisbane central. It’s located on a steep slope which gives you lots of exercise everyday so no need to go to the gym anymore. Our room on the second floor had really nice view of the front of the hotel. Room is spacious and clean, just that housekeeping is a little sloppy. Other than that, everything else is great.

I had terrible experience from the hotel stuff. I have booked to stay overnight but due to my late flight schedule I had to call the reception to rearrange my stay there but I had to leave in less than 3hours of staying in the room as this hotel stuff came hitting on the room aggressively and spoke aggressive to me warning me to leave the hotel in few minutes. She also threatened me to take corps on me if I didn't leave the room on the next 10mins. Very terrible place to stay and poor customer service from the stuff. I don't recommend this place for your stay.

The room was clean & neat with all that one needed for an overnight stay. Even though the room was small it gave the impression of roominess. The staff were happy and most helpful. The staff in the restaurant are most obliging but the kitchen needs to review their produce. Serving processed foods in today's environment is a no, no. Luckily there are free buses into the city where you can check out a plethora of restaurants & eateries.

Take your own pillows, the pillows on the bed are flat, lumpy and uncomfortable. Be careful of the semi-circle drain in the carpark, they are slimy, slippery and dangerous. My wife stepped out of our car and slipped in the drains edge, causing multiple injuries.
