Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best Quality Inn we've stayed at, we had a family 3b'room Villa, there for Netball competitions at Nissan Arena, Heaps of netball girls, coaches staying there. All repectful of noise, safe place to walk around, it's a big complex of units and Villa's. We ate at the inhouse restuarant, beautiful food and good priced meals. Fully recommend Robertson Gardens Quality Hotel.

Rooms good and well presented. Site is steep and only access to restaurant is via stairs. Can’t be recommended to people with mobility issues. I was part of a tour but only a small group of 7 were staying here during the tour. Had dinner here on 2 nights. Meals were cold on both occasions. One of the group stated she would not book a tour that used these premises in the future.
We preordered our meals and fear they were prepared some time a significant time prior to our arrival, therefore going cold. Gravy on roast had started to congeal. Others patrons who ordered on the night don’t appear to have had the same issues.
Group tours who preorder for expediancy should probably avoid the restaurant.

Lady helpful on phone prebooking, she said we could split the queen bed, made comments to do so on direct online booking, it wasn’t split on arrival. New neat and tidy. Bed comfortable, had everything we need. Quiet location despite busy road. Lady friendly with extension. I would stay again.

So sad such a good hotel has gone bad.
After many years of staying here . It is under new management with zero customer service. On the multiple time we have stayed here in the villa we have always had daily room service and fresh fluffy white towels & face washers. I have even written praising reviews on stays here . But we will not be returning here again. Gone are the daily room service and fluffy towels and face washers. Now it is room service on a 4th night & thin small white towels & one even had a hole in it and no face washers. The blind in the kitchen was broken the corner & had not been replaced. In the bathroom the shower head would keep falling down. The shampoo & conditioner dispenser on the wall were empty. A once full hotel was very empty too, so obviously other people have voted with there feet & wallets. When I spoke to the office attendant & asked if our room service was going to be done like the past I found her manner rude & blunt and she directed me to a cupboard where I could help myself to some fresh towels.

We ordered the disabled room as I would be on crutches. It was on the lower floor but it was a bit of a distance from the car park. First thing I noticed was a big awkward step into the room. I thought how would a power wheelchair get up that? It wasn't until we were walking out we noticed a temporary ramp tucked inside against the wall. There was also a step up into the shower. This shower room is extremely dangerous. I had a fall and landed on my broken ankle. The tiles are the most slippery I've experienced. The toilet it close to the shower so if there's the slightest bit of water from the shower, you will slip. The shower is extremely small and just has a curtain and because the floor is flat, the water goes everywhere. The staff were friendly, bed was comfy, the room was quite clean but do not stay in this room if you have a disability that affects you walking. One other thing I noticed was their choice of bed lights. They are inline with your head when sitting in bed. They are so sharp, they would cut your head, see the photo. These need to be replaced.

When I booked, I requested a ground level room, as one of our party is mobility impaired, and unable to manage stairs. When we arrived at dusk we found out we had been assigned a second floor suite. However, when I complained they switched us to a ground floor suite right away.
It was a wonderfully spacious suite, full size refrigerator, cook stove, pots pans and dishes. Everything was sparkling clean too.
The beds were large, comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is that there’s a decent amount of parking. The staff are okay. The rooms, horrid.

The rooms are extremely dated and old. The air conditioning unit barely functioned. There was a strong disgusting sewerage odour from the plumbing. Black mould in the shower. Bugs everywhere. And the cleaner who prepared my room left dirty cloths in the bathroom sink.

Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. All they supply is a tiny bottle of long life milk.

The mattress was like sleeping on concrete, the pillows were old and horribly used. The sheets were stained with what I can only describe as well known fluid.

Would I recommend anyone stay here, absolutely not.

Booked a 01-bedroom villa which is a actually a studio (Bedroom, Kitchen & sitting area all together with no separation). Have travelled extensively and yet to come across a TV placed close to the ceiling (after sometime it's impossible to watch as neck is badly strained). No proper table to have your meals they forgot to put curtains in some windows and by 6am it's full of daylight! Wanted to change to ground level due to wife's medical condition as had to climb stairs to get to the villa (this is not mentioned and it's not accessible by wheelchair), but hotel just did not want to help.

Was visiting a client nearby, so wanted to stay locally. Came across this motel and found it ticked all the boxes and was competively priced. Ended up with a comfortable and clean room, with comfy bed. Room was well away from the main road and was quiet. Had a good night sleep, bathroom and shower worked a treat.
They have a restaurant but I did not eat there. Would be a good spot for families to stay too.
Definitely a good spot to stay and will be back again in future.

Nice big beds, very comfy, little green patch in front of the room., Colour, curtains were all good, Bathroom was also nice. Far form restaurants and market, so location is not very nice, but otherwise a good place.
