Has anyone else had issues with this hotel ? Stayed here Boxing Day until New Year’s Eve lift wasn’t working couldn’t check in until after 2pm and then found out our room wouldn’t be ready until 4:00. They gave us a room with no view and the room had all water over the carpet after complaint made they shifted us to a room over looking Brisbane Southbank. Witch was nice carpark small. Staff where friendly But scratched my Mercedes Benz Rim And with only 1 lift working when it wanted to work it was very difficult to get in and out of the lift because their was only the one at the time but room needs a makeover so does the hotel. And room needs a good clean :) would be interesting too see what others say about their stay here thankyou

It does not surprise me at all. I arrived as a tour manager of a group of fifteen with the WIFI down. Whilst the staff worked diligently to get it fixed it took them until the next working day to have the issue fixed. The staff also tried to put on a brave face and try to help out. We can attest that the car park is too small as one of vans on a previous visit was damaged trying to navigate the tight corners of the car park. I did find also lifts being shared as goods lifts. Not the professional look that a four star hotel should be portraying.

Do you have parking? What are the costs and is the parking secured?

Yes but you will only fit if you have a small tiny car I can not believe that thing they call a car park. Is not a car park at all. It is the tiniest car park I’ve ever seen I’ve scratched my Mercedes Benz Rim because it’s so small. It needs to be a wider carpark. :)
