the hotel it self is great, but I am a diamond member with Hilton, nobody cares at this hotel unfortunately . No upgrade ( I know this is if available), when I asked where was my welcome gift they begrudgingly sent up mineral water and macaroons and this is after telling me they only do it for special occasions. Are next stop was JW Marriott Gold Coast, wow you cant compare. I am only silver yet they thanked me numerous times for my loyalty. There was 2 bottles of mineral and chocolates on arrival, a few days later a fruit bowl. The manager even rang me to thank me for my loyalty. I know which chain I will now be loyal to and its not Hilton.

I've stayed here a few times for a staycation and it has always been a great experience. This one was to celebrate an anniversary and as a Diamond member we were upgraded to a King Suite - huge room with separate lounge and large walk-in robe. All expected amenities were provided. A very clean, comfortable, modern and well-decorated room with great views over the city. Fast and friendly check-in and check-out. Executive lounge was wonderful with complimentary soft drinks, tea, coffee and cakes all day long and between 6-8pm there are alcoholic drinks and a good buffet - we didn't need dinner after! Full breakfast buffet in the restaurant was plentiful, good quality and tasty. Fantastic service from all staff. Good facilities - heated pool and spa, gym. Perfect location with direct lift access to Queen St Mall. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

My favourite Hilton south of the equator - great bedroom, staff, breakfast, but above all lounge with the excellent Mark hosting us. My wife and I choose Hiltons above other brands for many reasons including comfortable beds, and this Hilton didn't disappoint in this regard, and excelled in many others, including location and fitness room.

I had a fantastic stay, large comfortable room that has that feel of any hilton in the world. The pillows made with feathers, large desk to work from. The only negative was every other Hilton has more than a tiny tv I’m unsure of it’s bigger than 32 or 40 inch, The staff is great, onsite parking and an atrium soooo spectacular your like a little kid riding the lift every time. I had the breakfast and a coffee from the barista and enjoy both I’d come back for the service, size and location as it offers everything you could think of

We loved our stay at Hilton Brisbane. It’s a fabulous location for exploring this fun city! The Executive Lounge is amazing & Edna took such good care of us :). The breakfast buffet is huge with so many options, including a juicer, smoothies, many hot & cold items. The people all across the hotel were super friendly & welcoming!

Stay 9 - 12 January 2024 We had a very nice stay at the Hilton Brisbane and as a Gold Member were fortunate enough to be upgraded to an Executive Room on the 24th floor, with access to one of the best Executive Lounges I have visited. The staff throughout the hotel were all very pleasant as was the room. It was nice to be recognised as a Gold Member and if I had to visit Brisbane again would definitely make Hilton Brisbane my chosen hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Brisbane for 2 nights this week. The hotel is a fairly standard business hotel in the Brisbane CBD, with convenient access to both the Queen St Mall and the main entrance facing Elizabeth street. The room was comfortable and had a fully stocked mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities and was very well presented. The building, although dated, is still architecturally spectacular and quite beautiful inside. Hilton is actively promoting using the digital key instead of a conventional key, which was promoted in a number of emails prior to check in and the around the hotel. I used the app and checked in using it successfully, getting a digital key, but couldn’t get it to work in the elevator at all (despite everything looking good and indicating all was successful). I ended up heading to the front desk where the reception staff indicated that many people were experiencing the same problem, and I was issued with a conventional key. It was notable that there seemed to be many fewer staff available on the front desk compared to my previous stays at this hotel, both at check in and check out – I don’t know if this is a symptom of the introduction of the digital key system. The other change since my previous stay is that this Hilton has increased their credit card surcharge to 2%. Really – Hilton needs to get a new bank that charges a lower rate. Where other hotels are ranging from 0-1.5% this reflects very poorly on the brand. I can readily find major Australian banks offering ~1.1% merchant fees. I understand that surcharges can only relate to the actual costs of accepting a card – if this really is 2% Hilton needs to find a better merchant facility. These 2 issues would prevent me from staying here again until the digital key system becomes reliable, and the merchant fee is reduced.

I do note your sentiments regarding the credit card surcharge. Our credit card surcharges, currently set at 2%, are in line with industry standards and in certain cases even lower than what some of our competitors are implementing. These charges are not arbitrary; rather, they are a response to the fees imposed on us by credit card companies for processing transactions. Top rated hotel. From check in to the room, the executive lounge is one of the best on the world, the staff throughout the whole establishment are fantastic, professional and friendly.
