I was booked in with another female for 2 nights from 1st to 3rd June. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who checked us in. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a 4 dorm which was close to the toilets. The amenities were all clean and the kitchen was a good size to cater for lots of different...

We didn't have high expectations from a hostel but this one was by far the worst we stayed in. Luckily we only spent one night there...Rooms are very dark and dirty. Kitchen was just awful with dirty greasy pans and tables, but when we saw toilets and showers we were horrified..dirty , smelly, the toilet was blocked and stank ......

So as a backpacker who has travelled around Australia I have visited a lot of hostels during the past few months, of course we never expect 5* from a hostel but this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at! Firstly I was greeted in a fair manner by a lovely ginger haired girl but if you...

Stayed here for 4 nights, perfect hostel. When we arrived the guy on reception told us to come back in a few hours to check us in as he couldn't do it until 2pm which was fine. When we went back to check in he explained how he couldn't fit the three of us in one dorm and that there...

As opposed to Base Central (just a few blocks away), this base felt a lot cleaner and friendlier. The room I stayed in was a really comfortable size and was cleaned every day. The kitchen was a little small but cleaned regularly. Nice friendly and helpful staff, a lot of them working for accommodation, which meant they would not just...

Originally planned to stay for 2 nights but ended up extending to 7. The hostel itself is nothing to shout out about, but if your just looking for some cheap accommodation then it's great. It has more of a hotel feel to it. It's in a good location - right in the CBD surrounded by bars, cafés, restaurants and shops,...

My friend and I stayed here for four days while backpacking through Australia, the hostel was very good. It smelled a little like urine in the hallways, but that is the only negative thing I have to say about this hostel. Other than that, the service was excellent! I strongly recommend this place.

Really friendly and helpful staff, clean double room that was spacious, nice facilities to eat/cook/relax in. Hostel is set just off the main thoroughfare which was nice because it didn't get too loud but is still a very close walk to different bars/restaurants/woolies and other shops. Would definitely stay there again

I was there for 2 nights. The staff were very welcoming from the start, I was checking in a little early but they let me into the kitchen to make lunch while I waited for my room to be ready. My room was clean and it was quiet at night. The second night I had heat pumping into my room...
