Have stayed here a number of times over the last 10 years. Some apartments are ok. Others not so. They clearly have individual owners. Apartment 607 looks to have not been renovated for 30 years and It raises many questions.
Why is the light fitting missing from the lounge area? To show off the incandescent bulb?
What artwork once adorned the second bedroom wall which now displays a number of holes.
Was there a TV in the main bedroom where there are now holes in the wall?
Why is there no compendium?
Why has the leaking shower fitting not been replaced in the main bathroom?
Why is there only a 3 seater lounge chair in a double bedroom apartment that accommodates four people?
The management are good and gave us this room because we didn’t want to be too close to the noisy main road. Maybe we should have just bought some earplugs.
They came to fix the tv that didn’t work on the first day because of a loose plug, extension lead or power board. Second day we had to completely power it off then on again to get it going.
While some apartments are probably fine, the dedicated underground parking space seems to be the main attraction here.

Check in was easy, The a/c had a really bad smell but thankfully it didn't last too long. The apartment has wear and tear of any well used apartment but the two bedrooms and two bathrooms had everything to make the stay very comfotable. Underground parking was a plus. 6th floor views we just had some view of the city over the trees as well as the river ad west end. Wifi was excellent. Overall good value and would stay again.

Stayed in unit 310 (one bedroom apt) on 22-24 November. The utensils and crockery were not properly cleaned. Found one pot completely unwashed in the kitchen cabinet. The frying pan coating was all scratched out and definitely not safe to use. The toilet had a faint urine odour. The water pressure was very low making showering difficult. The washing machine did not work as somehow the water inlet was not functioning. It is in a good location, but sadly, the place was not well maintained, be it the kitchen or the furniture. The balcony railing had dripping water as there were 2 draining pipes overhead that dripped/drained water from elsewhere.

We booked this apartment as it was close to where we needed to be for 9 days.
Unfortunately it is terribly outdated in furniture and fittings but worse was the state of hygiene in the bathroom and laundry. The horrific smell coming out of all drains clearly shows how often and how well they are cleaned.
We purchased drain cleaner and antiseptic and did as much as we could ourselves to get to a base acceptable level. We could not do anything about the peeling paint in the bathroom but hard surfaces were cleaned.
Today is day four and we have yet to have the room cleaned. There are no appliances, brooms or mops to do the clean ourselves.
Surprisingly the apartments have a no refund policy (sic).
We would strongly suggest that alternate apartments be considered prior to this one. Cost is over $200 per night after discounts.

We had a one-room apartment for four nights and it had everything that we needed. The kitchen facilities and equipment were excellent and it was very useful to have our own laundry with washing machine and dryer. The only disadvantage is that there is no supermarket nearby but this was a minor detail in comparison with the satisfaction we had with everything else. Great bus and ferry access to the city, almost outside the door. The Regatta Hotel is only one block away and it has lovely meals and snacks, from casual to restaurant level. Below-ground free parking was very easy to use. Free wifi at a very good level. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

I stayed for most of June at the inn on the park in Toowong before returning to NZ when the travel bubble was closed. The place is well run very pleasantly located and not far from the city, but also the green spaces around Mt Coot-ha. I was particularly impressed by how helpful the family who run the place were, when I was struggling to return to NZ. Very good people.

We had a fully self contained apartment with a view of the city. The true asset of the Inn is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There is parking available and the Toowong shopping centre nearby as well as the famous Regatta hotel and other shops and cafes. Besides the city cat almost on the doorstop there are regular buses on Coronation Drive as well as a train within easy walking.

Our two bedroomed apt was a bit tatty to say the least. The carpet was filthy and stained, yuck! Check in was more complicated than it needed to be but we got there in the end. The place suited our needs at the time, just two nights before we left for Sydney and nicely placed for the city cat, just across the road. These apt are partly residential partly holiday lets. No doubt the quality varies from apt to apt. We unfortunately got a tatty one and were too tired after a long trip to complain. Don't think I'd take the risk and book here again, mind you they were relatively cheap.

My colleague and I are staying here for work. We booked a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. He has the master which is fine. I have the second bedroom which has two very narrow single beds, a bedside table from the $2 shop and a bedside lamp which did not work. When I provided "robust" feedback I was assured that the handyman would go up and fix it and sort the bed problem. When I came back that night, nothing (oh, he has taken the bulb from the bedlamp away).

We had a room on the 4th floor which really needed an update. On the positive side the managers and staff are extremely helpful and addresses any issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Our apartment opened up on both sides which allowed the breeze to flow through, our neighbours didn't have the same luxury and ended up proping their door to the hallway open.
The two bedroom apartment was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well appointed.
Secure underground parking included in the room rate but the internet had issues all the way through our stay due to other residents abusing the service with illegal downloads.
Our apartment opened up on both sides which allowed the breeze to flow through, our neighbours didn't have the same luxury and ended up proping their door to the hallway open.
