My partner (she’s Italian) and I dined at Quattro for the first time tonight. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in, food was absolutely delicious, both entree and main. We were well satisfied with our choice of wines also. We will definitely be back x many. Thank you for the warmth Quattro crew, much appreciated as new residents to Lennox.

We booked 2 nights through a Discover Queensland promotion so it came with free car parking (normally $25 per night), late checkout and an Entertainment Book (normally $65) which were great extras. The location is excellent as it is close to Central Train Station and an easy walk to all the city restaurants. There is also a Woolworths supermarket close by. When we arrived during reception hours the front door was locked so we had to use intercom to be let in. Certainly not the welcome you expect. We were given the usual paperwork to complete and were asked about car parking. We said it was included but the gentleman on reception said he would need to check as that was not usual. He then proceeded to flip through the paperwork and kept skipping over the page with highlighted information. Even though it was upside down to me I could see it said car parking so pointed it out to him and he finally acknowledged it. I then asked about the Entertainment Book and he wanted to give me a free local brochure on the front counter but I insisted it was a book with discount vouchers so he went and spoke to someone and I was given the book which we were then able to use in the city. We then got the keys so were able to park the car. Car parks were easy and plenty available. We were given room 404 on the 4th floor. It was a large 2 bedroom apartment with a good size balcony. One bedroom was locked off which was fine. The bedroom was a reasonable size with plenty of wardrobe space. The sheets were good quality and clean. Unfortunately that is the end of the positives. The kitchen needed a good clean. The front of the microwave and dishwasher had smudge marks all over. The glass coffee table needed to be polished as it had smudges all over. The walls needed painting and all the furniture except the lounge had some serious scratches and damage. There was a large bath but I was unable to use it the first night as there was no plug. I managed to get one the next day when reception was open. There also was no sink plug but found one that fitted in the laundry but was disgusted by the state of the laundry tub which obviously had not been cleaned. We discovered the dishwasher didn’t work on Saturday morning so went to reception to report it at 11.45 am but it was unmanned despite supposedly being open until 12 noon. I rang the number given and was told that maintenance didn’t work on weekends but they would see what they could do. Of course we never saw anyone so had to unpack the dishwasher and wash up as there is a fee charged for leaving dirty dishes. There were conflicting signs everywhere. Reception hours said until 12 noon on Sundays in several places but a sign on the reception desk said 11am. One said no visitors after 9pm and yet paperwork we were given said 10pm. We didn’t have visitors but consistency is important. Seriously Restt Property Management have a lot of work to do to improve this property. Apartments need to be scrubbed thoroughly, repainted and furniture replaced. Cleaning staff then need to maintain the cleanliness after each guest departs. Such a shame as it could be so much better with some care and attention to detail. I took some photos of the walls, dirty tiles in bathroom and damaged furniture but they don’t show it clearly.

Like others have clearly set out; this place is ROTTEN! Noisy, so filthy I wanted to be sick. 🤮 We were in the process of moving house and were exhausted - kept being told “Cleaners have left for the day” but day after day, the room remained unclean. Had to make a noise complaint; room above us had a party. There is zero soundproofing here; sirens, traffic, talking etc sounds like there’s open windows. Everything from broken dryer, crusted food in the microwave.... this place has it all! There was not even hot water in the kitchen or a hairdryer. Sticky carpet, I’ve never experienced anything like it. The cockroaches were the icing on the cake......Don’t put your family through it! Stay at at the Novotel next door or Mantra up the road. You’re welcome!!

We were underwhelmed by this place on arrival. The door handle to the lobby was loose enough that I thought it might come off and the lift had some fries on the floor that stayed there for a few days. The lobby to our floor also had the strong odour of rubbish from the floors rubbish chute. While the room we stayed in was pretty spacious, the walls looked like they'd been painted by a crack addict with miss-matched patches painted over what looked like a lot of historical damage. The carpet also looked like a number nasty crimes had been committed on it with mystery stains throughout most of the room. I wouldn't have minded running a black light across the room, but not knowing is maybe safer. The outside of the door to the dryer kept falling off which made drying clothes a hit and miss option. Some of the furniture was torn and leaking foam and the dishwasher was missing it's top. It still worked, but added a little too much to the back alley ambience of the room. This was also assisted by the door to the main bathroom refusing to stay closed and, with the shower constantly overflowing onto the bathroom floor, it was an exciting game of keeping water out of the bedroom. We took our kids up to the pool on the second day for a swim. I'm happy to not mention too much about the European couple who appeared to be having sex at the end of the pool, that's not the Quattro's fault, but the pool clearly isn't heated and is loaded with some odd black grains of something that made the swim a little difficult to enjoy. Finally, for serviced apartments, we didn't get any fresh towels or toilet paper for over five days. This was despite reception guaranteeing they were on to it. Overall, a pretty crap experience.

We stayed two nights in the penthouse suite. While it was very big and comfortable, it was absolutely filthy. Walls and skirting boards were black and sticky. Dust had accumulated on the top of the fridge. All windows were encrusted with cobwebs, and the glass and walls on the balcony were covered in some sort of soft drink. (Looks like a can had been thrown). The kitchen floor tiles had black marks on them, (instead of white) and the shower glass was dirty, and the wall tiles mouldy. Could not believe they could let a room be occupied in such a condition...We also found it was very noisy.
