The Mantra On The Quay was in an excellent location with views of the Brisbane River, and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. Checking in and out was trouble free with friendly and professional staff. There was no breakfast facility on site however the staff directed us to a nearby Mantra within a 5 minute walk which was excellent and could be charged back to our room.

Close to the Story bridge, 5 min walk to restaurants along the river,10-15 min walk to the city. All the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Apartment was modern, clean and well maintained.

Clean and very comfortable. The rooms are large and there is plenty of fridge space in the apartments. Quite rooms considering the location and can get a good night sleep.
Although booking direct with the hotel means you will pay more even if they offer the same rate as a third party, as they will sting you with hidden transaction charges which the likes of Wotif don't charge.

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding. We booked 2 rooms so that my parents could stay and babysit our 5 month old. At the time of booking (several months earlier) I called to request that the rooms be on the same level for this reason. On check in they said there was no note of this request and they could not facilitate it.
I was then shocked to see a what appears to be a double bed in the room when it’s advertised as a large bed. I was informed it was a standard Queen but if so it’s the smallest I’ve seen.
The aircon was poor and the road noise from the 12th floor was loud.
Wound not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The staff and ladies were very helpful and kind and down to earth. Everything we asked for was provided. I rate them a 5 as a business.
Rooms could be a little bit more updated in cleaning and maintenance but all in all was comfortable.
Maybe a bigger couch for groups bigger than 4. We ended up swinging the dinning chairs around or sitting at the table to watch tv. But we still enjoyed ourselfs.
Facilities were clean and great to use.
Perfect area to get around Brisbane's main areas and plenty too do :)
Would diffently stay again, and also tell others about it.
Over all experience was great :)

I cant rate this place high enough!
In brief: great rates, great location, great views from balcony of the Brisbane River, great rooms, great room facilities, great pool area and has hotel parking available (at a cost).
The only thing that I had a problem was trying to call down to reception to ask them a question from the landline in the room – which I couldn’t figure out.
We had a bedroom apartment and it was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, modern, in perfect working order, well presented and just lovely.
Comfy beds and a great shower – which at the end of the day is all that matters.
We would return to stay here in a heartbeat.

Location was good and had good view of Brisbane river from apartment.

Love this hotel so much! We had a fantastic spacious 3 bedroom apartment which we used for a few nights as a base to have Family and Friends over to celebrate a very special birthday. It was the perfect location and we had great river and city views from the 25th floor. What makes this hotel is the Customer Service. The Staff are absolutely amazing with the care and attention they give to make sure your stay is just perfect, this is what makes this hotel stand out for me and was one of the reasons we returned as I just knew we would be taken care of. Could not recommend staying here more.

Stayed at Mantra on the Quay for 2 nights as weekend getaway for a large group of friends.
Hotel itself is good and location is also good. Beds a are little firm though. Biggest problem was that they had overbooked and one group in our party was moved to another hotel on the other side of the city which was a massive inconvenience :(

We arrived at 7:30pm Saturday. There was someone at the desk you just had to use the intercom to ring the front desk to let them know you are there.
Mantra also rang the day before to see what time we were planning to arrive. Which gives you the opportunity to see what will happen on the day of your arrival.
No it costs $30 per night which is wrong if you are a guest.
Not sure, they are quite strict on their no party policy and guests on site in the evening etc.
We were on 16th floor with views. No noise at all. Its in quiet street.
