Comfortable beds, quiet location we could not fault this good value motel type accommodation. Centrally located next to the Chermside hospital, a short walk to Chermside shopping centre. Though there are only a few parking spots in the car park there was plenty of parking on the street.

Have now stayed here twice since Christmas and both times have asked for rooms with the updated Aircon.
Both times very comfortable and again it is not too far from everything including the airport.
Quieter area at night.
Will return.

Stayed here one night in June 2013, the room was nice and comfortable, bathroom a bit squeezy but it was clean, the motel seems to be a converted house, with 3 or 4 rooms on the ground floor, and a couple more above, it is in a side street so no traffic noise. convenient to Chermside shopping centre, and next door to Prince Charles hospital. for cheap clean accom this did it for me.

I stayed at Chermside Court Motel during a recent visit to Brisbane to spend time with a very sick family member and I chose this motel due to the short walking distance from where my family member lives. What I didn't expect was that the room would not be serviced at all - not once - during a five night stay, with no fresh towels, toilet paper, tea bags etc one would expect in even the most basic accommodation. The other thing I couldn't understand was how it could be considered normal to provide a quilt insert with no cover. One would assume a quilt would have a removable cover that would be laundered between guests! From my experience and I've stayed in many motels - a quilt has a cover. On questioning the owner regarding the missing cover I was told "we can't get them"! My other issue was the threat of a $1,360 fine if the smoke detector was triggered by showering with the bathroom door open! This problem could easily be solved by installing an exhaust fan rather than threatening guests with a massive fine. The bathroom was so minuscule that it was physically impossible to dry one's self in the bathroom with the door closed and I am not a large person! With the added fear of the smoke detector being triggered, showering was not a happy experience! So to sum up, this was a very disappointing experience that left such a bad taste in my mouth and one that will not be repeated!

I would never recommend this Motel to anyone! States on booking site “ Free Cancellation “ no payment required until month prior to arrival. I booked my partner and I in for 2 nights in August 2023, then had to cancel this next day due to not being able to get that time off work. So much for not deducting the money until month prior to the stay! They deducted the full amount straight up! Also no such thing as “free cancellation “ they never refunded me one cent of the 2 nights accommodation they deducted! It wasn’t like they would not be able to rebook the room in a years time! So rude! False advertising! And dishonest!!!

I telephoned and booked a room for a young Fijian male with a disability, paid for the room and meal. I stated that i would be down early in the morning to collect him.
When he arrived at the motel the lady called to say he couldnt be allowed in as he had no identification on him and mentioned covid-19. She got very rude when I asked for a refund and i was unable to tell her that he had a recent negative result from covid testing. I called back to question her further she rudely yelled 'no refund' and slammed the phone down. I did not book online and at no stage did she that she did not accept black people and would not refund the money because they were black. This place should not be allowed to operate in modern day Australia.....very disappointing outcome

Very noisy, construction starts next door at 6am, staff inside motel are no better. Sunday only day no construction and staff bang doors and talk loudly outside room just after 6am. Small room, have a family room VERY small. Shower tiny. No parking, had to park on road. Supposed to have balcony, but all blocked off. FALSE ADVERTISING

My partner and I recently stayed at Chermside Court Motel from North Rockhampton. We found the location to be central to the hospital, airport and Chermside Shopping Centre. We experienced friendly knowledgeable service from a variety of staff members and found the Manager to be a wonderful help for any queries we had. The rooms were clean and well presented. It was wonderful to be able to walk to all appointments at the hospital as we are an elderly couple and rely on public transport. Great find.

A nice boutique motel, in a peaceful , quiet area of north Brisbane . Great stop over for the airport, the rooms were of high standard, and great service from managers to cleaners were so helpful and courtesy to show me were the nearest shops and restaurants. The location was perfect a home away from home. 5 out of 5 Chermside Court Motel

Excellent home away from home in difficult circumstances for our family. I booked this motel, even though it wasn't the closest to the hospital, since manager Sharon was so friendly and helpful. Her friendship was greatly appreciated by our family.

Not sure if the previous answer went through, so once again. If you don't mind walking it would take 10-15 mins. It isn't near a train station, the nearest would be Geebung. Buses run from the city along Gympie Road and you could get off opposite the Chermside Shopping Centre and it would be a short uphill walk from there. Lots of people going to Prince Charles and Holy Spirit North Hospitals stay at this motel. I would suggest contacting the motel and they would probably be able to answer you questions with more detail. I have found them helpful. Hope this helps Jan
