We went on a monday and all facilities are closed eg restaurant and bar and no service at the pool. Not what you expect from a supposed 5 star Hotel and this should be communicated when booking your room as we would never stayt there again.

Hi Jetpilot2161, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. It's disappointing to read that you were not impressed with the overall experience due to the closure of restaurant and bar, despite us advertising this through the links on our booking confirmation email. We offer 24 hour in room dining, with the option to also order directly from the 7 restaurants within the HSW precinct. I trust you were able to contact our friendly reception team, available 24 hours, to query the food options during your stay. Nonetheless, I will be passing on your feedback to our management team as we endeavour to continuously improve our service. We look forward to welcoming you back when our rooftop bar operates, for a better experience. Kind Regards, Lucy Smith Operations Support Executive

Hotel's Favourite
What a fantastic stay, we booked over the Easter period with our two young girls in a family room. The room was long with two bedrooms and bathroom In between, everything in the room was so well though of even down to storage, the beds were so comfy, large pillows and crisp linen, the room was super dark when curtains were drawn & between both bedrooms there was a internal sliding door to create a noise barrier and have privacy. The bathroom was also very spacious with a beautiful freestanding bath next to a large glass wall with view of that stunning bridge. We were lucky enough to be looking over the beautiful bridge and was even more lovely at night when it was all lit with beautiful coloured lights. The staff were exceptional seriously I could give them a 20/10 they were so attentive and nothing was a worry. Big bonus were the free bike hire, the resort offers lovely beach cruises that we used both days exploring all of brisbane had to offer with so many paths along the river it was so easy to take off and enjoy a nice day, we have stayed at a lot of hotels in brisbane and this really makes the crystalbrooke stand out. Parking was below the hotel and like most in brisbane it was $35 the hotel called us prior and gave us a code to gain access. Pool Deck mmm well this was a little deceiving we had the impression is was much bigger until we were there in person, It would be interesting to know how it goes on busy hot days. The pool it’s self was absolutely stunning and extremely photogenic, although it was absolutely freezing and isn’t heated. The location of the hotel was in such an awesome pocket of brisbane Family friendly little parks and play space for family’s And night life that closes at 3am So many places to eat from casual to à la cart. It really has the best of both worlds. If you go with kids I noticed a lot of family’s pack scooters for their kids and it made sense. All in all we had a fabulous time and would book again.

Dear Emily, This review is nothing less than spectacular, we very much appreciate the thoughtful attention that you have devoted to curate such a glowing review. It has been a pleasure to accommodate yourself and your family over the Easter festive period and I am very pleased that the room design and layout in totality took your fancy. Your feedback regarding the attentiveness of the staff will be passed on to the appropriate teams to serve as a source of motivation as we pride ourselves on this exceptional service that you have experienced. The complimentary bike hire is agreeably a standout feature that is offered, and it is splendid to hear that your family sustainably made the most of exploring the city by wheels. We look towards having you stay for another Brisbane staycation when you next decide, until then stay BOLD and brave! All the best, Madison | Assistant Manager

Beautiful hotel. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The service was great, beds made and towels changed daily. We had a promenade room and the only down side was it was quite loud at night as it’s right above the bars by the water. They have a range of free movies available to watch. We were welcomed with 2 complimentary drinks as a honeymoon gift for the Fiume upstairs bar. It’s so central and walking distance to so many restaurants.

No doubts about it, Crystalbrook Vincent is all class. From the gorgeous lobby, fabulous decor and staff with winning smiles who go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one. You absolutely can't beat the location! Everything you need is literally at your front door. The views are stunning.. surely this is the most beautiful, the most hip and happening part of Brisbane? We made the most of the rooftop pool (which is rarely busy, even during peak times) at Fiume Bar and our private balcony in the Two Bedroom River Luxe Suite. We had a dining space and a full kitchen in our room this stay, but I've stayed in a Nature Wall room earlier in the year too, which - although smaller - is perfectly beautiful and worth experiencing also. Thanks for another wonderful stay - I can't wait to come back.

I stayed for two nights. This hotel is very new and modern with excellent features in the room including a tablet to make bookings and enquiries. It’s well located with no shortage of dinner and drinking options on HSW. The internet is reliable and with free movies and chrome cast the entertainment system is great. However there are some odd choices with lighting in the room resulting in lots of dim spots. The bathroom is separated from the main bedroom area by a large clear glass partition which has a black curtain exterior to the bathroom - so be aware if you have little kids and would like privacy you’re at the mercy of the curtain! There are very little options for breakfast in this area and the attached Mews restaurant doesn’t have an extensive menu so be aware of this if you are staying for more than 1-2 days. The worst part is just how noisy this hotel is. There is little sound proofing. I was on level 2 and could hear conversation clearly from outside, steps and furniture moving upstairs and an assortment of loud thumps and bumps throughout the whole stay. If someone in your corridor enters or exits their room it resulted in a large thump which would shake the bed every time. I slept with a loud white noise machine and still had very disrupted sleep each night. Also they’ve made the strange decision to place the black out window blinds closest to the window and sheer curtains outside this which means there’s lots of light leaks, and it’s difficult to see these. Despite it being a lovely modern arty hotel with nice staff I wouldn’t stay again- I value my sleep too much and at this price range I would expect better.

Stayed here at the end of June for my partners birthday. We had the best time and this is an absolute must if you want an amazing hotel in an amazing location. They say the staff make the hotel and the staff here are absolutely incredible and friendly. I must make mention of the staff members who made our stay that much more memorable. Carla for helping me organise the amenities for our stay. This included a cheese platter on arrival and a picnic set up including picnic rug and bikes. Emily who called the day before to make sure everything was ok before arrival and then was the same friendly staff member who checked us in on arrival. Max who helped us with our bikes and made sure our stay was enjoyable and Jacob on check out who was extremely helpful. All the staff were incredible but these particular 4 made the stay extra special. As for the rooms, very spacious, clean and extremely quiet. Amazing views of the city and the story bridge. So many dining options at Howard smith wharves. We will definitely stay here again. We also loved the sustainable luxury aspect of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I called to ask ‘what time is the latest I could check out?’ As I had an afternoon flight. I didn’t ask for anything complimentary just a query. The attendant started telling me about a conference she had tomorrow and they were 95% occupancy. I said ‘that’s fine, I’m not concerned about your conference, I just would like to know what the latest I can check out is?’ She told me ‘there is no need to be rude…’ I didn’t know that making and enquiry about a check out time after I’d paid $349 for a room was ‘rude’. This came after a very ordinary check in experience. I won’t stay here again.

Dear Zoe, I am sorry to read that your experience at the Fiume rooftop bar did not meet our usual standards. Here at Crystalbrook Vincent, we take a lot of pride in our customer service, and it is upsetting to hear that we have fallen short during your stay. I can guarantee you that the only reason why you were asked to wait, is because you did not have a reservation and our lively bar does get busy on a weekend night. I do apologize if you felt like the table, you were then seated at felt isolating, I trust that our staff did the best they could to accommodate you with such short notice. I remember speaking to you personally on the night, I am sorry to observe that our conversation and the service recovery I have offered were not powerful enough to restore your confidence. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed the facilities of our hotel though, and I do hope to welcome you back in the future. Regards, Lara | Assistant Front Office Manager

Horrible. My son's wedding and I booked our family into this hotel. As most of them are retired, I added breakfast into their stay. I paid their accommodation and breakfast if they had it. On booking out, I was left with a huge bill for breakfasts most of them did not have!! The hotel added breakfast without actually checking whether the people actually ate it. Never again will I set foot in this place again!!! No way would I recommend this place to anybody.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the Howard Smith Wharves precinct. This modern hotel is focussed on sustainable luxury. Stunning river and story bridge views from our room which also had a study area and a large bathroom. We stayed in a river room. All of the products are environmentally friendly. The room fob is wooden. IPAD in place of a traditional book with all the information you may need about your stay including ordering of room service. Coffee machine and tea in room. Blackout curtains were great. Wifi was free and strong. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Every room is unique in it's outlook and decor. A short walk to waterfront restaurants, CBD cafes and shops & the ferry terminal. There is a rooftop heated infinity pool and bar overlooking the river. There is also undercover secure parking if needed with direct lift access to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a couples getaway, a work trip or a girls trip!
