Terrible trying to maintain mentally stable an there is a 6 beer limit a day. Good lord the fact we are locked in a box with no fresh air an now we are treated like kids mandating what we can an cannot have. What a joke day two an I wish I was back at the Rydges.
unfortunately my family and I were forced into hotel quarantine for 2 weeks after visiting a Covid hotspot. We were assigned accommodation at the Pullman Hotel and the service was AMAZING to say the least. The staff were so accommodating and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. I am a very fussy eater and the staff were more than happy to accommodate with my dietary needs. The staff were so so lovely and could not have asked for a better hotel to be assigned to. WOULD 10/10 RECOMMEND!!
Returning from Japan after two years, and one year apart from my wife and children, two weeks locked in a room seemed a small price to pay. However the experience would still have been miserable and difficult if it wasn't for the following positives: 1) Well presented room 2) Wonderful, well coordinated service/s 3) Committed, pleasant, professional and supportive staff 4) Incredible meal options and combinations (and presentation as good as it could be in a take away box) After all the horror stories that you read prior to returning to AUS - I was deeply surprised, satisfied and proud. With that said, I must send a cheer out to the Brisbane Airport staff, AUS Defence Force, QLD Police and QLD Health workers (who provided COVID testing and mental health checks). Thank you all! Sincere regards Mark PROVE…
While we are here to go through our mandatory hotel quarantine, the staff really tried to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. They are well organised, food is good and any additional requests we had were met, other than having a bigger or interconnecting room for a family of four but only because nothing was available. The room was very clean and we got clean towels and sheets when needed. Unfortunately we were not allowed to use the facilities, so I cannot say anything about it.
I am currently in hotel quarantine here at Pullman hotel, l have so far had a very pleasant stay under the circumstances the staff have been very polite and very supportive and very accommodating. All staff are doing an excellent job from Reception, House Keeping and the Catering Department. The room and the food has been very good and the coffee is fantastic down stairs and when calling reception they always answer with a very polite voice and helpful. And the hotel management should give all the staff here a bonus are an extra day off payed. Thanks to all the staff for doing an excellent job, keep up the good work. Brenden room 513
