This hotel was in a great location for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood & had plenty of parking spaces which were free. Not many hotels you go to these days where you aren’t charged a ridiculous rate per night for parking. We loved our stay- the facilities were great- especially the fact that there was a washer & dryer to clean our clothes each night so I didn’t have any washing to bring home with me. The only thing that I feel was a let down was the comfort of the beds. Hey aren’t dense so if your partner moves then your sleep is disturbed because the whole bed bounces/moves when they do. The mattresses aren’t very thick & my partner complained of back pain from the mattress the whole time we stayed. Everything else was perfect though & other than the comfort of the bed we couldn’t fault anything. Our stay was great!

Good place to stay for business. Beth was very helpful. Nice that there’s balcony but can be noisy with traffic.
For introverts like me: I wouldn’t bother taking the “ include breakfast for $20” offer : the bespoke brekkie is a charge back from the cafes close by meaning you have to go there to use the charge back. It really was easier for me to use UberEats than this option. The “ scan here” for room service and restaurant info is also misleading: there is No Room Service. Reception didn’t know anything about no room service either so,,, save yourself the frustration.

Always great staying at a Quest. This is one of four i have stayed at, and they are all excellent. This location is convenient to shops and restaurants, some of which are within walking distance (15-20 minutes). I also make use of the gym. Generally I use a studio apartment, but on occasion I book into a 1 bedroom and take advantage of the in room laundry facilities.

The apartment was very well fitted out, with laundry and kitchen facilities. The bedroom had a very comfortable king sized double bed and the room had a sliding glass door for an additonal layer of screening from any outside traffic noise. The quality of fittings was high. Only complaints were that the wi-fi was very ordinary and access to the entertainment (TV) was fiddly, requiring the setup of a streaming app.

A friend and I stayed recently for a conference in Brisbane. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, had all the facilities we needed, was very spacious, clean, quiet and easy access just off the Gateway Motorway. Would definitely stay here again.

Professional, welcoming & helpful staff make the Quest, Eight Mile Plains location a relaxed home away from home. The rooms are well serviced and comfortable and the kitchen tools & plate are in good, clean condition that you are happy to use for food preparation. Overall, excellent value for money. I booked a one bedroom apartment for a week long work trip, and was very impressed. It was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities- especially the kitchen (size, appliances included and crockery etc), the bathroom was great (with a washer and dryer), and the tech in the room made me feel at home too eg. ability to cast my own streaming platforms on the TV and there was a quality soundbar with bluetooth connectivity. The only downside was that the bed was quite firm, but I am sure there are people who love that. It was clean and comfortable still. I will be staying there again for sure.

Stayed there for a week business trip. The location for me was excellent and the small cafes around are great for breakfast before work. The room was excellent and very well kept. Being a self contained it was easy to cook with all the required utensils. However, if you wanted to give cooking a miss there are heaps of places near by.

The location of the hotel was great. A large Westfield Shopping Centre is just a few minutes away and close enough South Bank and the Valley.
The room was spacious and well equipped with a large fridge, kitchen area, cooking utensils etc.
The staff we dealt with were amazing and very accommodating. Due to the entry requirements to get into QLD at the time of our stay we had to push our booking out a few times and the staff had no issues in doing this for us. We also decided to add on another night towards the end of our trip which was also no issue for the staff. Very helpful and happy to help which can be hard to find nowadays.
A few stains on the furniture and curtains which was a bit of a turn off but nothing dramatic. The washing machine did leak all over the bathroom floor which was a bit of a pain as we had a bag of clothes in the bathroom which were drenched. So be careful when using!
Aircon worked great, bed was comfy. Pricing was very reasonable considering it was over the New Year period. Very happy with our stay overall and very likely to return in future.

Great place to stay. My room was very clean and serviced daily. Friendly staff who go out of their way to assist with any enquiries. Evening meals can be ordered from the comfort of your room and delivered to your room. My room has a TV you can view in bed, which all motels should have, in my opinion.
