We stayed in a bedsit apartment, which was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It has a kitchenette, so it’s possible to prepare your own meals, and there are laundry facilities as well. The location is great with a short walk to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. It’s also a 5min drive or short bus ride from the Prince Charles hospital.
The single drawback of this hotel is that it’s opposite a MacDonalds, so it can be quite noisy.

Nice place to stay and very friendly helpful lovely staff. Room was adequate, nothing amazing, but good value for the price. Room service didn't replenish items such as tissue, toilet paper, shampoo...

Staff were amazing and very accommodating.
Would have liked a room with a balcony however not available.
The cleaner were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything they were there to assist.

The apartment was really spacious. The balcony was safe for the pets to play around. The staff were very friendly. We stayed during COVID-19 as works were taking place at our home and the attention to strict social distancing and cleanliness was of a very high standard.

Stayed here for two nights (Thursday - Saturday morning) for business. The property is very average with little sound insulation between rooms and corridors. So bring earplugs. Reception is only open between 7am and 10pm. So if you're checking out early you will need to make arrangements with reception. I was unable to find a self checkout facility and had to abandon my keycard at the closed reception.
Transport at this location, if you are not driving, is absolutely atrocious. I waited up to 30 minutes for an Uber pick up to the CBD which ended up costing a ghastly $89! Public transport seems near non existent and taxi services are not much better.

We got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment, what a relief, we have been here a week during quarantine and it has been plain sailing so far.
The apartment has everything we could possibly need, and a balcony. Food delivery is brought to us very promptly, fresh bedding when requested, water, and food if required.

A very comfortable hotel, with large rooms, friendly staff and close to many amenities. The cost per night is very reasonable considering it's location. Coming from Hervey Bay it's close enough to the northern outskirts that you don't have to fight the heavy inner city traffic.

Hotel staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. 1 bedroom apartment was sufficient for our family of 4 (including 2 children under 2y.o). Room facilities allowed us to wash clothes and prepare meals. The addition of a balcony was welcome so that we could access fresh air whilst in hotel quarantine.
Apartment requires some minor maintenance and would benefit from a handyman attending. Floors were wet upon entry (used hairdryer to dry carpet). Wifi unstable at times.

Close to shops and transport the apartment was well equipped for a family and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower products available were good quality. While we didn’t use them, there was opportunity to wash and dry clothes which is very handy.

No there wasn't one in our room.
Brisbane council put buses on for Adele concert which left from chermside bus terminal which was so good hopefully they will do the same for Ed Sheehan for you

Please call the hotel directly as we will need the Surname used to book in order to check this. All of our Apartments have their own private balconies. One and Two bedroom Apartments have separate bedrooms to the living and dining areas. Studio Apartments are similar to a hotel room with the exception of their own private balcony and kitchenette.
