We stayed in a Studio Apartment for one night. We found the apartments easy to find, handy to Suncorp Stadium, restaurants, cafes, river walk, Milton City Cat Stop and Milton Railway Station.
Corresponding with the hotel was good. Check in and check out very easy. Parking was included in the room rate, which is a bonus in Brisbane.
The rooms were a little dated but very clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The studio room had a small kitchenette, fridge, washing machine and drier and shower over the bath.
I asked for a quiet room and we stayed in Room 212 which was quiet as it was not on the road. However, the balcony faced opposite what looked like an office block, so not very private if you wanted to sit outside. There was a slim river view from the balcony. I think I would prefer a river view room next time.
We would definitely stay here again, the perfect place to stay if going to a game at Suncorp. We also enjoyed breakfast at a nearby cafe and a walk along the riverfront in the morning.
We got a very good price booking directly with the hotel.

We've stay at Central Cosmo Apartments a couple of times over the last 10 years because of the excellent location and cheap onsite parking. This time we paid more for a larger "Executive Apartment, 1 King Bed" room. The room was a good size apartment with a full kitchen, but the main bed was far from King size. The bed was maybe a Queen at best, seemed like a mere double bed, and was far from King size. We also found it strange that our room was not serviced at all during our 4 night stay. There was no information anywhere to indicate this. When we asked at the front reception about room servicing, we were told that rooms are only serviced after a 4th day of your stay. This seems... unusual. Plenty of small things weren't working in the room, such as: lights, TV remotes. Overall, our stay there was fine and we might return again in a cheaper room, but was hoping for much more from an Executive Apartment room and a 4 night stay.

I currently live on the Sunshine Coast and drive to Brisbane once a week to work 3 days in our Milton office and stay here when I can because of the location. It’s a great place to stay as it’s reasonably priced (circa $100 a night), has undercover car parking, and is a 5 minute walk to work and various restaurants & eateries on Park Road. There is a decent Chinese restaurant (China Sea) attached to the hotel which I have dined at a few times and an excellent Thai massage place (Royal Paradise Thai Spa) on Park Road which I discovered & now go to. It is a $15 Uber ride to QPAC (I went & saw a Queensland Theatre production on my last visit) and I walk up to the Palace Barracks and catch a movie sometimes. The rooms are clean & comfortable & have all you need for a 3 night stay. Some of the rooms have basic smart TVs so you can watch Netflix. Wifi is free but very hit & miss (often slow or not working) so I often just use Telstra data. I never actually seen anyone at reception due to the fact I arrive late on Sundays & reception opens after I have left for work, however the phone check in process where you access keys from a safe works perfectly fine. Overall I recommend Central Cosmo & I’ll be back very soon (tomorrow in fact!).

On the 27/9/ 22 I booked a room at Cosmo Apartments Brisbane via Agoda because it had a bath. To ensure I got a bath I made a special request. I booked with free cancellation so I could adjust it and not have to deal with an Agoda robot. On 8/11/22 Agoda sent me an urgent email to pay for this booking. On the 24/12/22 I arrived at the location and discovered no bath; On the 25/12/22 I told the Duty manager who was very pleased and happy to record my dissatisfaction in great detail. He did not change my room and the manager was not available. I left on 26/12/22. On 9/1/23 I phoned Cosmo Apartments, my dissatisfaction was again recorded; the manager was not available. I was told she would phone the following day. I am now expecting her to contact me as soon as hell freezes over. To avoid this kind of misrepresentation and disappointment, to get what you pay for and what you want; just don't go there

We stay here regularly and find the location and size is very good for the price. However we were unable to use the internet and as the office was closed we could not get any help. One plus is you can park on site for$10.00 a night which is very reasonable in this location. The Milton just along the road charge $35 which is just ridiculous. We will stay here again.

Cosmo was great location for our one-night stay, whilst taking in one of the Women's World Cup football matches hosted at nearby Suncorp Stadium. On arriving quite early, we were able to use the underground car parking facility, even though our room was not ready. However, the poor receptionist was overrun with admin duties and could really have done with an assistant.
We had a super-sizeable king room overlooking the river albeit with a slightly random double balcony configuration. Decor and furnishing-wise, the hotel is rather stuck in the 80's, but is functional nonetheless and soon after unpacking we received a visit from the resident handyman who proceeded to quickly fix something under the kitchenette sink.
The lifts appeared to have a mind of their own, but I don't think the handyman was able to do anything about that. However, we spotted him again later giving the front gardens a spruce up and who knows, he may have been on reception as well later on.

We have stayed here on a couple of previous occasions. The hotel is ideal for us to visit the grandchildren in Auchenflower. Other times we have been given a king room on upper floors with great river and city views. We asked for a similar unit this time and we’re told they would note our request and do their best to assist. When we checked in we were told our preference was not available due to heavy booking . It was the night of the rugby test at Suncorp stadium which is close by. We were not happy as we made our booking well before the test was confirmed . Anyway with the kind help of the man at reception we were able to get a king room on level 3 which faced on to busy Park Road. Very noisy but OK with the doors shut. We also paid for parking yet when we tried to find a park around 9pm nothing was available. The car park is not controlled with open access and we suspect many people used the park for free while attending the football. As after 10pm the carpark started to empty? Other than these issues everything else was fine and we will stay again on our next visit to Brisbane.

Our records confirm that your request for a room upgrade was noted in your booking and we did everything we could to honour your request. As you mentioned the night you booked ended up being the night of the only Bledisloe Rugby test in Queensland and as we are so close to Suncorp Stadium we were completely booked out for the "Special Event". In many cases room upgrade requests are not issued until the day of the guests arrival and when we have a Special Event they are extremely difficult to accommodate because of the unavailability of upgraded room types. I trust you understand that we have always strived to meet your upgrade requests, (as we do with all of our guest requests) but in this instance our arms were tied. We really value your loyalty and we look forward to making your stay memorable the next time you stay with us.

Clean and tidy. Check in was a pain as they have no receptionist that I saw whilst I was staying there. You have to phone and they unlock the safe box to get your room key. Once you have your key it’s easy as. Car parking exceptionally easy which is a massive plus and for under $100 a night could ask for more. Due to Covid they refused to look after my bag after check out which again was annoying. On site Chinese restaurant amazing. But on the whole for the price I would stay again.

We stay here regularly and have always been happy with the accommodation. They charge just $10 per night for parking which is so reasonable considering the location. The Milton just up the road are $30 . The rooms have had some upgrades but it can’t hide the fact the building is showing its age. We always book a king room . These rooms have seperate bedroom and most provide good city views. We will continue to stay here on future visits.

A pleasant surprise in such a great location. Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium, ferry stop and Milton Station (only one stop from Roma Street). In one of the best restaurant precincts in Brisbane. Been back again already! The room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean, though a bit dated - the shower had excellent water flow and hot water. There is a washing machine and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. Wifi was very good, probably the best I've had for some time. It was very quiet and a good safe area. Had an incredibly comfortable king bed, and the best sleep in many weeks. There are plenty of powerpoints, though one frustrating thing was the lack of charging points, powerpoints next to the bed, but the many positives in this place heavily out weigh the few down points. For the location, the price is exceptional. Underground parking available. Will definitely be back here again on my many trips to Brisbane.
