We've just returned from a four night stay at Longitude 131. It was a fabulous trip - thanks to the 'tents', setting, trips, staff, food and beverages. Our tent (Giles) was well set up with a fantastic view of Uluru. The tent included everything you can think of including snacks, mini bar, back packs, torches, comfy chairs etc. Meals were...

Everything was perfect, and with lovely like minded people ! The wine list extensive, food to die for and unparalleled scenery! The thing I possibly...

Uluru and the Red Center are something to see. It is a magical place with sometimes harsh conditions, but well worth the trouble and cost to get there. There is the main campus of three hotels, ranging from good to better to best in Yulara, but for those of you with a bigger budget the place to stay is Longitude...

It's so easy for great places to become complacent and rest on their laurels... Not in our recent experience of Longitude 131. It felt like we were there for opening week! Really amazing. Every single staff member remembered our names, service was impeccable, the setting was incredible, food was outstanding and our 'glamping' style permanent tents / bungalows were gorgeous....

The location is just superb. Our tent was beautiful...spectacular view of Uluru. Very well appointed and crisply clean. The food was first rate. There was something not quite right about the atmosphere ...and it came to me that it felt like the staff were in a hotel training school but none of the professors were around! They did a good...

Fantastic location, to wake up on my 50th open the blinds and have Uluru a short distance away, will never forget that birthday. Staff very friendly and attentive at all times. Tour guides very knowledgeable on Uluru, Kata Tjuta & wildlife. Accommodation was very clean and tidy, best sleep you could wish for, our tent had a few maintenance issues...

We just returned from a 3 night stay and all I wish it never ended! Spectacular room, fabulous food however what makes this place as special as it is are the staff. They are genuine and friendly, knowledgeable and passionate and go above and beyond. This type of service is so rarely offered in Australia. I hope we return one...

My family and I are avid luxury travellers and we have always talked of coming here. I was in the area as a guest of the local Pitjantjatjara people on business (Indigenous education) and thought I'd drop in and ask to look at a room/tent, it was free. It's location is utterly stunning, with uninterrupted views of Uluru. The tents...

We wish to point out that JonnyST was not a guest of Longitude 131. As the reviewer points out, he arrived at the lodge unannounced with no prior arrangement and expected an immediate inspection of the property. This notwithstanding the fact he would have driven past several large signs clearly designating the road as being private, with entry permitted by...

What a fabulous place. The location is great (this is the closest stay to Uluru - Kata Tjuta), the food is divine, the tents are more glamour than camping, but it's the staff that pull it all together. We visited to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday, and it was the little things that made this visit exceptional. And of course,...
