The campground was a pleasant place to stop whilst visiting the area, is not crowded due to the Covid 19 travel restrictions, the amenities are clean and in a good condition plenty of hot water and pressure their are a number of Disable toilets in each block in the Male and Female cubicles. There are a free daily activities in the resorts here, a IGA supermarket, several restaurants and cafe's are open at this time, there are a few activities open, but not all. Coffee shop Grinders and The Gecko do lunches . Fuel is available.
Camel farm is open at the moment the campground is offering stay 3 and pay for2. and the $50.00 entry fee into the National Park has been waived as well.

A lovely greeting by the gentlemen in reception and an offer of getting a third night free was great. The amenities, while slightly aged are well kept and tidy. Washing and drying is available and we just hung our clothes off the van and they dried quickly. Being summer we only wished that the pool was open longer into the evening as It closed around 5:30-6. It is a decent walk to the local shops so in the heat I recommend you take the loop shuttle bus that is free and comes every 15 mins or so outside the campground.

We stayed for 3 nights the caravan park had good clean facilities gravel around sites, clean modern bathrooms, IGA nearby as well as other shops and restaurants. We dined at Gheko's one night my husband had lamb shanks I had pasta both meals were delicious and worth the $$ which was reasonable. Lots to do in the area camel ride or segway near Uluru. Field of lights, free view of sunset at the rock. Service station and resort nearby. Would come again.
Only small thing to improve park would be to heat the pool. It was so hot and people got in the pool and promptly got out as it was freezing. Only kiddies were brave and stayed in.

Just fresh off a stay at the camp grounds . We arrived and were told that we could extend our two night stay to three for FREE what a great reception. Headed to our pitch which was hardstand and a concrete slab however it wasnt ideal for our set up. Called reception and told straight away the alternatives we could use, from the size of pitch to the facilities on the camp grounds, spotless toilet and showers, laundry, pool and selection of essentials in reception you couldnt ask for more. The surroundings speak for themselves and are all in very close proximity. One piece of advice would be to book any tours asap as they get booked out as the actual resort is huge. To that, the resort town has everything also, an IGA, post office, restaurants, cafe, gift shops, do be aware though that its a NO CASH resort at the moment. Take the time to head to Kata Tjuta as well as Ayers Rock, national park pass is $38 per person for 3 days payable at park gates but once you have it there is a pass holder entrance so generally no waiting, don't miss the chance to do the FREE guided Mala tour at Ayers Rock . We cant recommend the campgrounds enough and dont understand some of the negative comments. Its a 10 out of 10 from us.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff and cleaners at the Ayers Rock Campground. From check in to the well maintained facilities we had a great experience for our 3 night stay last week. Special mention to the cheerful bathroom and laundry cleaning crew I spoke to on my last morning - top marks for keeping everything so clean. This park is very well set out, with camp kitchen and eating tables scattered around, the pool was spotless and having the Ulluru viewing area on your doorstep was a great place for guests to meet each evening. The shops and restaurants are only a quick shuttle ride away and most of the tours have a pick up just outside the office. My favourite stay of our week holiday. Cheers everyone!

SO nice to be able to pitch our tent on a grassed site - rare during our 5 weeks in the Territory. It’s not cheap, at $57 for a powered site, but is a step up from some of the dust bowls we encountered. This park is very good, with an excellent camp kitchen, great barbecues, well-maintained and modern ablutions blocks and friendly and helpful reception staff.

We booked a powered tent site for 3 nights. The check-in was very slow but the staff were very friendly. Fortunately the grassed campsite site had some shade for the tent, otherwise the heat would have made the tent unbearable.
The showers/toilet/laundry facilities were modern and clean.
The noise from the power plant was very loud during the whole night.
It seems on our first night someone was robbed while sleeping. Security is non-existent and valuables should not be left in tents.
Many of the BBQs did not work including some lights.
It would be nice to have some paths to avoid walking on the sandy soil after having a shower.
The swimming pool was clean and offered relief from the afternoon heat.
Overall the facilities were of a good standard.

We absolutely loved staying here! The amenities were great, plenty of seperate shower blocks, a super outback style camp kitchen with ample bbq facilities. The lawn was green so pitching a tent was easy compared to some outback sites. Then you have the amazing Uluru right nearby! What a great place to stay for only $57 a night, you couldn’t beat it! The pool was chilly cool after a long walk around the rock.

There were 3 of us staying in a 2BR cabin for 5 nights and yes, it was very compact and a shame there's no ensuite but we knew what to expect having read many reviews before booking. It was much cheaper than other (non-camping) accommodation at Yulara and you can save by doing your own cooking, albeit with limited equipment (we had a microwave and electric kettle but no stove). We also had a big outdoor table and there were bbq facilities in the campground. The whole cabin was really clean as were the shared amenities blocks. We slept well and the staff were always friendly. They helped us with extra blankets for my elderly father and drove him and our luggage to the door of our cabin when we arrived. We easily walked from the campground across the middle to the town centre in 10mins, or 20mins when my father and his walking stick came along. Very pleasant walking on the red dirt with Uluru in the distance! The supermarket was well stocked. More expensive than home but that's what you expect when everything has to be transported such a huge distance. We also used the free shuttle bus when we had bags to carry back. All the buses (including tour buses) stop at the campground bus stop out the front. There's a pub with a bottle shop 10mins walk down the road, the Outback Pioneer, which was quite nice. There's also some easily accessible viewing areas nearby, great for sunrise and sunset. Overall we had a lovely time and the cabin and campground served us well.

The young lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a powered site which was quite spacious.
There were a couple of large school groups which taxed the bathrooms but they were cleaned regularly so it wasn’t too bad.
Because it is in the resort area the shuttle bus is great to use and tour pick ups are right outside the campground entrance.
It would be nice to have a concrete slab to get away from the red dirt.

Yes they had an awesome kitchen area. Microwave, bbqs, fridges, toasters and kettles with heaps of seating. Not sure on utensils can’t remember.
We booked ahead as all the other accommodation was booked out.
