Great location, lovely hotel, super staff, fabulous food, exciting trips - what more does any one need? OK, so we had our wedding there too, what a wonderful day, well done to everyone who helped to make it so special.

We spent three nights here, at this most amazing place in the middle of the desert. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. We had a great patio area with loungers, umbrella, table and chairs, but unfortunately with the heat spent very little time there. The breakfast buffet was remarkable, such a lot of choice,...

This is a nice hotel and given that the location is the driver for any trip to Ayers Rock .. this is the best hotel around. The main building is lovely and the staff very helpful. The pool and area around it is a good place to enjoy the desert and we found time for that each day. The rooms...

Surprise birthday with my wife. The hotel was great, fantastic food as well. What really made it was the staff. All seemed genuinely happy to be there, no mean feat for a resort. The spa was very relaxing. Other eateries close bye and you could charge it to your own room, easy. The landscape is certainly spectacular and spiritual. Great...

Perfect in every sense! Position, helpful staff, room with terrace, evening buffet and pool to die for! What else could you ask for? Great hotel when visiting Ulura. Will make your stay even more memorable... Also best 'complementary pen' ever! Thank you.

After reading other reviews, I firstly need to point out you must remember you are in the middle of the desert. This brings wonderful rewards, but also frustrations. Yes there are flies and yes the pool from time to time has leaves in it (doesn't your pool?) but honestly this place is amazing. Breakfast is outstanding and A MUST. Fantastic...

This is a fantastic hotel, the ambience is peaceful and in keeping with the local surroundings. A fascinating gift shop and close to the town square. We had the Terrace suite which was huge with sun beds and outside dining set on the terrace. Bathroom was good just had shower over the bath which I find frustrating. The restaurant food...

We just had 1 nights stay at the hotel and whilst the room was nice and clean and very big and all of the staff very professional that we dealt with, we still thought it was very expensive. I know the location dictates this to a point but during our trip we stayed in 7 different hotels across Australia, all...

This hotel is less crowded than Garden hotel, and probably the highest standard than any other hotels in the area. Make sure you book one or two night dinner with them. Best value with seafood and everything on offer. Everyday buffet breakfast is a must too. Make sure you book the room with breakfast. Stay 5 pay 3 is a...

staying at Sails in The Desert!. Returning with friends on my recommendation, ( having been there 20 months earlier) I was very disappointed. We had to wait almost 3 hours before we could access our rooms. There's no consideration given other that to sit and wait in the air conditioning. Surprisingly during this time we were not even offered a...
