"Sails" is like an oasis in the desert. My friend and I spent 2 wonderful nights at Sails. From pick up at the airport to drop off to go home home, everything ran like clockwork. The service provided by every member of the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. All meals were beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfasts...

Suberb hotel with aboriginal art everywhere including the carpets! Great food, wine and beer. Huge "sails" provide shade if you want it. The swimming pool is awesome and safely enclosed. The staff at reception are knowledgable and extremely helpful. They can suggest and organise whatever you want to do ( choices are almost infinite). If you want to visit the...

This is truly a magnificent hotel in the middle of the desert. The staff were fantastic - really top class, with nothing too much trouble, from organising tours and providing information, to organising breakfast packs (for those of us on early tours). I also bought myself a beautiful bag in the lobby which has a really nice selection of quality...

Hotel is lovely. Pool is amazing. close to Uluru and to Ayers Rock town centre. Cons were that our room backed out onto a road so we needed to keep curtains drawn and the view was poor. We had small ants in the room - which we gather is part for the course here. Food is good at the restaurants....

Interesting village of Yulara has several accommodations but Sails is the best place to stay....a cool oasis in the desert. Perfect location for visiting Uluru and Kata Tjuta. The transportation around the surrounding areas is excellent. The rooms are spacious and cool. The food is perfect for the area.

I have been to "Sails in the Desert" with my grandpa just for two nights to visit the impressive Uluru. We had a big double room with two very comfortable queen size beds. The room was very clean and we had a nice view of the pool and the garden. The dining buffet as well as the breakfast buffet were...

From the moment we arrived we were looked after with nothing too much trouble. The room was clean and well maintained and the resort facilities and grounds in excellent condition. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and the bar snacks were also amazing. Highly recommend Sails in the Desert when visiting Yulara.

For years, I wanted to stay at The Sails in the Desert Resort. I finally made the visit . recently in March 2017. The staff were all very helpful especially Caroline, Ebony, Mandy and the many front of house staff, at the front desk. I ate the buffet dinner but got food poisoning from oysters. The staff made sure I...
