I did honestly tried to think of anything positive there but they succeeded to fail on all fronts: they took the money from our card twice (well, there was an error on our side when booking, but we tried to resolve it, but they would not accommodate); the rooms - my wife says the room was like a cell in...

Hi Alexsas777, Thank-you for your review. It is a shame you chose to stay in our Backpacker accommodation with shared block facilities, as it sounds like you would have been more suited to our Resort facilities opposed to the campground. Since your stay in December we have refurbished the Backpacker Lodge rooms with new beds, bedding, benches, bedside tables and...

Having read so many reviews before we arrived, I wasn't looking forward to a wonderful stay. BUT the best thing we did was pay the extra for the upgrade to a deluxe room which was both spacious and looked out onto the desert as well as giving us a breakfast inclusion. The room was pleasant and clean. Having stayed in...

Theres lots to commend about this place, but don't expect real luxury or good value for money. We decided this would be our extravagance on the trip so paid $300 for a room with a spa bath and view. I packed a dress and high heels. The room was ok, perhaps a little tired. It smelt strongly of air freshener...

We stayed here for a few days and was positioned in the campground looking towards King Canyon Mountain Range. This is a great campground with a good bar and bistro. We was lucky to be here the same time as country singer/songwriter Rod Dowsett, and had a fabulous night listening to his singing. The bistro was only being operated by...

We booked a budget room as we only wanted a bed for the night. I wasn't expecting much, but the room was clean, the bed linens and towels were decent and the kettle and tea/coffee facilities plus the small fridge were perfect for making our own breakfast. The website details were pretty much accurate (except for mentioning that towels are...

Upon stepping into the room of the so called resort, we were immediately stricken by a pungent smell radiating from the bathroom pipe hole. The whole room reeks of sulphur. We asked the reception for help, but they simply told us to run the shower for 5 min to remove the smell. Efforts were made. Still, the smell remained until...

Having read a few of the recent reviews, I can see why there is a wide variation. We stayed here as part of an AAT Kings tour from Alice Springs - Ayres Rock- The Olgas - Kings Canyon - inclusive tour. It is extremely isolated and as it is the only resort out there, it is expensive. Talking to the...

I don't like being negative , but now I MUST. First, the room was very nice, a deluxe spa room. LOVED IT. See I can't be totally negative. The rooms required a 300 m walk to anything. Up a dark path , several people expressed how unsafe they felt. The food was marginal at best. While waiting for my lunch...
