Ended up staying here for about two months, which to be honest is not that long or doesn't feel long anyway. There are quite a few long-term residents staying here that are working in Alice Springs. This place looks a bit dated but it does the job. The rate for the room is very reasonable, it comes out to $40...

If you are kind of traveller who likes strangers knocking on your door in the middle of the night, then this is the place for you. The rooms on the ground floor are accessible to anyone, through the car park. The doors are glass, with a weak lock. One tug and the door will open. The Hotel Management consider the...

Thank you for pointing out the humorous side of our signage. All motels in Alice Springs are vulnerable to aboriginal persons wandering on site. We take all complaints seriously and I ensured, that my mobile number was in guests mobile so they felt safe for the rest of their stay. I have been the owner of this business for 8...

Really dated looking, somewhat shabby but prices are good and the big kitchen is great because you have your hotel room plus benefit of cooking own food. Kitchen is always clean. Couple that own the place are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This has got to be the best deal in Alice Springs! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air on, fridge, flat screen tv are just some of its virtues. The kitchen is available should you wish to cook for yourself. Gas & electric cookers, microwave,Pots, pans, plates, cups etc are provided. Plenty of parking. An easy walking distance to malls, shops, restaurants etc....

Our room is in the back of the main building, near the swimming poor. Cause it just right next to the parking lot, it's very easy to park and unload our luggages. We stayed two nights here and had a good time. they got very tidy and fully-equipped kitchen near public living room that we can cook, watch TV, using...

The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms large. The hotel was excellent value for money, there is a computer available free of cost for guest use, a laundry for catching up on the washing and a kitchen if you want to prepare meals. It is close to all of the main attractions, pubs etc., in central Alice Springs. The staff...

We arrived here and stayed one night and then moved to another place. Rooms are dated but if you're not bothered by that it can have a retro vibe. Room was clean and nice smelling. Staff was nice. The Australians staying in the rooms beside us were loud and noisy. And their cigarette smoke was coming into our room. That...

Very cheap if you stay long-term. I would not stay here again however. Too noisy, particularly early in the morning and during the night. Cleaning standards not good. Indifferent staff. Smokers everywhere. Only good thing is the location. Air-con works at about 1/4 strength. Expensive laundry facilities. Probably the chepest place in town, without having to sign a lease.

...you didn't want to pay a lot but wanted somewhere within convenient strolling distance of the centre of town. Well, that's exactly what you get. Its old Australian motel style through and through so is never going to win any awards but its clean and does the job.

I stayed here just over a week recently and had a good time. Like most reviews, the motel is very close to the centre of town with Woolworths and Coles very close plus MacDonalds, Red Rooster and Dominos. The rooms need a little attention but were clean and tidy. The staff were attentive and helpful and the TV provided all...
