Detailed Reviews

Bit of a mix of feelings for this place.
Stayed a good few nights here and the site is mature and relatively clean.
Pool looked good although didn’t use it.
Had a challenge with booking additional nights with the receptionist putting in the wrong credit card numbers causing our card to be blocked, but it was sorted eventually.
The toilets and showers could do with modernising and the shower curtains need binning! Foul.
Finally, not a fan of the hand painted 70s signs but otherwise it’s got loads of potential and I’m sure will bloom into a great looking outfit in the years to come.

We stayed 2 nights in a cabin at the Alice Springs Tourist Park. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, we appreciated the trees and gardens which provided welcome shade and lent an air of tranquility to this pleasant caravan park. It was a short drive into town and an unexpected bonus was its location directly across the road from the Araluen Arts Centre.

This mob charge me $37.50 for an unpowered tent site on a Friday (1 day). I rang another mob later on that day to find out prices for an unpowered tent site for Saturday (1 day) - $19! You only get your fingers burned once. Ciao I won't be back to this rip off park!

This is our second stay- we came for three days but that has quickly turned into at least a week 😁. Rachel and her team went out of their way to make us welcome, even ringing venues to ask if they were open for dinner! The park itself is great - it’s quiet, clean, and although it’s big it feels cosy - lots of trees, lovely grassed area, amenities are good and clean and the outdoor camp kitchen and eating areas are great. It feels really safe and secure and there are lots of things done to keep it that way. Cant recommend this park highly enough

A great caravan park, close to town and with the most helpful and friendly staff. Our first night in Alice was spent here and we comeback for another four. The camp kitchens are clean and well maintained with everything you need as well as plenty of seating. The amenities blocks are spotless and plenty of hot water. The laundry with clothes lines is a popular place to remove the red dust from things. Would recommend this for a convenient safe stay. The cabins looks great too.

Huge recommendation for Colleen and her staff at Alice Springs Tourist Park in Larapinta Drive. Beautiful green park with great sized sites. The amenities are very well maintained. Even thought our site was quite close to the entrance and road, there was no noise. $40 powered site 2 pax

Overnight stay was great, book in staff was extremely helpful. Our cabin was clean with air con already on when we arrived on 38 degree day this was a wonderful welcome. The cabin looked very new with everything one might require to cook a meal. Would certainly stay here again. Great comfortable bed, reasonable price not far from town.

After having difficulties finding a spot large enough to accommodate us with pets also we came across this park. From the first phone call they went out of their way to help us rearranging so they could fit us in. They helped us with some activities we wanted to do and finding them and this place is very close to town, the closest park I believe. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Amenities are good, everything you need here.

We chose this Park after reading glowing reports and we were not disappointed. Checkin was friendly and informative from a courteous Janelle who allocated a large site well situated in the Park. The amenities were clean and plentiful for all needs. The Park was close to the Town Centre and many attractions. It was quiet and secure within calming surrounds. There was plenty of room to walk our dog and keep him amused. Thankyou to all and we are so glad we stayed at your Park.
