It has a fairly central location which means it was not too far to walk to the many destinations. Bike hire is possible. Buying food was not a chore. Cooking in the shared kitchen was never bothersome. Complimentary WiFi was easy to access.
Best place in town to have a beer in town, Awsome food, probably the best in Alice, coming here very frequently with friends, wouldn’t go anywhere else, good vibes, come here to support small business
I usually don't like bif hostels in Australia, but I really enjoy my stay in Jump inn. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything what good kitchen need, everything was clean and stuff was very lovely. Due to weather I stayed only one night but if I ll ever come back to Alice Springs this is going to be the place I am gonna stay :)
Decent comfortable and clean rooms. The rooms with a private bathroom are a worthwhile upgrade from those that are without. The Jump Inn has a great bar/resto that has a comprehensive range of local craft brews and the Asian fusion menu is really quite good.
We live in Alice, so I cannot rtetheir accommodation, but the bar/cafe area is great. Plenty of seating, including outdoors and fire for the colder months. It doesn't look like it from the outside, but the food is to die for! Asia style, the gua boa (buns) are excellent and I can highly recommend. Various fillings - we had the pepper steak, the pork belly and the bacon and egg. Other food ordered by our group included the dumplings and they also looked great. Bat prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. Will definately be going here again as locals and if you were looking for budget/backpacker accommodation - the food alone is worth the stay!
Location was average. Room were clean but noted their were cockraoches. The bathroom/toilet had poor ventilation. Not enough suitable parking. We also felt shamed because the rules wee not given to us prior to booking or paying (they also do not appear on the website...NO BYO and food in the room. Food was not tried therefore not sure if it waas good. Staff were helpful and not cheerful.
The most comfy bed at my whole trip through Australia.... the bed was very loud every time I turned around. Very clean!!!! The kitchen was very sociable:) but you have to have not shame to talk to other people there aka start the conversation.
The jump in was awesome 👏 great vibe, free breakfast, bar with great $5 beers & the staff very helpful & the owner Alex a good bloke. Very clean, great beds, I’m definitely coming back & the best part the awesome pool that’s closes at 11pm & only one kilometre from central Alice Springs, but most importantly excepted all ages 18-100 from all over Australia & the world 😁
I'm in love with the katsu chicken bao burger... Possibly the best burger in Australia. Keep going back for it week after week. Beers are lovely. Very chill atmosphere. Can't really say much more. Just impressive.
Great atmosphere, great music, great service. I'm told the beds are to die for with super comfy mattresses, while I hug out by the pool and enjoyed a wine. They also have craft beer on tap which is pretty cool. But my favourite is the continual visits by fury creatures. Mr Buddy from NT Adventure Park will be very happy. Great work guys see you next time. PS just love the art work one talented team
