Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, great value for money. Five of us were driving from Alice Springs to Darwin and wanted a bed for the night. Arrived about 7 pm, having been unable to get beds in the previous town. We got a triple and a twin. Comfortable. Menu was limited but good. Home made rissoles were outstanding. Rooms...

Great to stop and revive. Great food and they will make it fresh. Drinks are cold. Friendly service. You can sit inside or outside. Toilets are clean as well. Good areas to park the vehicle in the shade. Good location to stop between Tennant Creek and Katherine

We arrived late (about 5.30pm), so it was a little crazy in the office/shop. Grassy areas and shady too. Lots of wildlife including a resident buffalo. Home made pies are a definite. Don't leave without trying one.

The welcome in the roadhouse may be a little cool but you could not fault Graham who guided you to an into your site. He obviously tries to work it so that no one has to unhitch. Vans were parked quite close together but the size of the park is limited. The amenities block is the de mountable ensuite type...

Nice grassy area to pitch tent or park your caravan. Swimming pool for the hot days. Restaurant that one can eat at if needed. Amenities need a bit of upgrading but they were clean. Rubbish bins could be emptied more often as were overflowing and wild animals got into them at night and scattered garbage

We have stayed here before a couple of years ago and again we found the owners to be very pleasant and friendly. The location is ideal for us and not too noisy if you ask for a sight away from the main Stuart highway. Nice shady reasonable size sites. The ablutions block however leaves a little to be desired as...

After a long day driving north on the Stuart Hwy, the Dunmarra Wayside Inn and CP was the better stop over Renner Springs or Elliot. The roadside had also been recently burnt preventing us from finding a decent free camp. The $24.50 powered sites at Dunmarra were under large mature trees providing plenty of shade, but unpowered were in a...

The place is nice and shady, the people that run are very friendly and helpful, especially Graeme that shows you to your site. The food was really good, I had the rissoles with chips and salad and my wife had the pan fried Barramundi. She loves her fish but the portion was so big she was not able to finish...

Good pool that is under cover. Nice trees in power sites, less so in unpowered. Horse paddock at back. No flies. Little shop and restaurant. Amenities basic by clean. Camp kitchen doesn't have powerpoint or gas plates, so can't boil water. Free BBQ

I arrived here after riding my bicycle from Queensland, desperate for a couple of days R and R. Green grass, hot showers, and exceptional food. I enjoyed steak one night and fish the next . whoa, such nice big meals. The staff were so good to me, frirndly, helpful, and concerned for my welfare. Thank you Dunmarra!
