Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Don't stay here if you intend to get much use out of their wifi. I've attached a picture showing the glacial speed of their wifi. I've used it twice in a 3 hour span of time and it's the same. Granted there are no vacancies here, so lots of people are probably trying to make use of the limited broadband. But, with that caveat, I had faster speeds when I was on dial-up.
The staff are friendly and the rooms nice enough. Pretty good place, but for this one thing.

The room was basically ok except for the thread bare carpet at the entrance and the security chain on the door missing . Obviously needs carpet replace or repair The room was good size with good amenities and the bathroom was fine and over the years seems to had a face lift . The most worrying part is the parking The units all face each other with driveway in the middle and parking at front of u it’s Very tight space to try and reverse out Would be easy to clip another car The guests next to us had a brand new car and made the same observation The rate seemed expensive $190 for a country motel not near the city area Overall a nice enough property

Accommodation was clan, comfortable and quiet.
HOWEVER…booking was made through trip.com for a KING SUITE with kitchenette. Room provided contained 2 Queen beds instead. Property also charged a 2.75% card fee but provided no advice or alternate payment options. I have queried why a different room but they have provided no comment .

I booked a room at the Boulevarde Motor Inn through Booking.com and received an email confirming the booking. A few days later I received another email from the Boulevarde Motel telling me the booking had been cancelled. I phoned the motel, had to leave a message requesting a return call to advise what was reason for cancelation. No return call, waited and waited so called again, an extremely rude person answered the phone and said my booking had been cancelled due to Booking.com offering to cheap a price a glitch on Booking.com's side so the room was cancelled. I asked why I had not been emailed this information, he said it was cancelled then hung up..

We paid for accommodation & never received a code ,so we’re unable to access a room nobody on premises so we had to keep driving on to Mildura , a refund should result
An extremely bad & frightening experience .
When we phoned the office the next morning the person we spoke to was to put it bluntly , extremely rude & bullying , saying we had been sent a code , I can assure you we did not .
We would never recommend the Boulevarde

We made the booking through Booking.com but $140 had already been debited from our visa a day ahead. When we attended Boulevard Motel my wife who has continence with her bladder was refused access to the faciality when she asked the lady to use her toilet. She insisted the credit card had to be validated first . I quote her said " if you don't like it you can find somewhere else to stay" I then drove my wife to the service station across the road so my wife can use the toilet. The service was refused but she would not refund the money she debited from our Visa saying to the Tribunal it only takes 2 seconds to validate the card. We are taking the matter to NCAT.

Older style motel, clean and comfortable.
Adequate facilities.
Unfortunately our experience was not pleasant when I was unable to pay by cash and was forced to pay 2.5 % card surcharges.
Worse still was a charge for an item we did not use from the room mini refrigerator. This was done after leaving the motel.
When I called to discuss it the male employee was very rude. and said I would need to send an email request.
He hung up abruptly.

We enjoyed our two nights the room was clean and comfortable. there was just a couple of things the net curtains in the kitchen were very dirty and big holes in them. the fan in the bathroom was so dirty full of fluff etc. apart from that it was a great room. we had to wait outside the motel for 50 minutes with another guest as we could not get anyone on the phone to tell us our room keys. i would still stay here as it was a nice place. the laundry is avaiable to guests which was good. you have to pay but that was no problem. we went to the glass gallery and art museum they were worth going to for sure.

Large rooms, with easy access to parking, servo and a short walk to the main city. We spent a night here, the room was comfy, with good pillows and quality linen supplied. Nice place for a short stay...

The town so nice they named it twice. For a business trip I flew in from Brisbane on Qantas Link. There are a number of motels-hotels in Wagga Wagga and I believe that the Boulevard Motor Inn is a good one. It keeps that charm and style of the 1970's, and rooms are clean with a good number of appointed amenities. However, the internet link was difficult and frustrating as I had a TEAMS meeting the next morning.
