Was nice clean and the staff were very friendly and looked after us well. The rooms are very small for the amount of money you pay but i guess you are paying for location rather than quality of room overall it was a pleasant visit

We had the King balcony room, which was a little small and squishy once we had our luggage in there, so you couldn't stay here for more than a couple of nights. But it was very nice, especially with the balcony, and the outlook. Bed was very comfortable. The location was fantastic, lots to do around the hotel, easy to...

Dear 628james thank you for taking the time to review the stay with us recently, we really appreciate your opinion. It is nice to know that you liked the location and the area in general - we are lucky at that point. One might consider the rooms to be small, however, it is a small hotel altogether and we make...

Great stay for a weekend in Sydney with my lady friend, this Hotel has no car parking so you need to park at the Kings cross car park about 10 mins walk away which will cost you $80 a night on the weekend so just factor that in. This is by far the cheapest hotel to stay in for the...

Dear Steven-640509, Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us recently. We are glad you had nice time here. As for parking, yes, could be a challenge unless you know all the city perks. You can probably avoid paying extra if validating the parking ticket at the reception in the hotel. Other than that,...

A noisy dungeon and the bathroom is so small it could be in a cupboard or boat. The place is clean but this is one of the worst rooms we have encountered. The bathroom cupboard doesn't even have a towel rail or hook. The (German I think) receptionist was as cold as a fish and it was downhill from arrival....

Dear thebosso, Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us recently. We are so sorry to learn about all your troubles during the stay. I am not sure the word "dungeon" is anyhow applicable to this property - unless you meant something else. Would you please be more specific with the description of the...

We'll try to stay here again when we back Sydney, maybe choose a bit bigger room, the Queen room is very tiny, not comfortable if you have baggage with you. No space to step or move neither pack out the suitcase. There is nearby the bus 311 which is handy to go to the city and in service till midnight.

Dear 73ckb, Thank you for taking the tie to review your recent stay with us, we really appreciate it. the hotel offers compact rooms as we are a boutique property and it`s a good idea to know the room sizes when booking. Loved the place! All the staff was so friendly and helpful. So nice to have a water system to fill up water bottles for the days exploring. For me the new striped carpet was a bit of a challenge as I have vertigo, otherwise a great room and location for the value.

The location is great, but the size of our room with a verandah was just too small. We could only just open the door onto the verandah because the bed and chair where in the way. For the money we paid I think this is very poor.
