The Apartments on Pitt Street were well located. The unit was convenient and spacious. The staff were exceptional. Whenever we had questions or problems, the response was very quick and accommodating.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at Meriton - centrally located, clean, good staff and amenities all around. The apartment was kept clean and well stocked, and I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Sydney.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment. Waited quite sometime during check-in only to be given a unit, much to our dismay, faces a building undergoing some major renovation and it was noisy. We requested for a unit change and were happy with the second apartment. It faces the Town Hall with a nice view of the street and city. Apartment...

Central to Parks, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. All well within walking distance. A Home away from Home. Well appointed apartments where, if staying for a while, one could cook and relax to take a break from always eating out while on holiday. The pool was really quite a good size and perhaps more for the adults exercise than for...

Well stocked kitchens. Quality free in room products. Waiting for lift time between 30 seconds and Two minutes on 42nd floor. Friendly and fast check in and check out. Parking there but roads in Sydney congested and confusing.

The apartments are well located for central Sydney, quiet and well presented with a good range of equipment, and helpful staff. A few areas could be improved : the layout and lighting of the bathroom - which doubles as a laundry - could be better, especially by providing more lights and more surface areas for toiletries etc.; curtains are provided...

"Indoor heated pool" was cold. Spa was luke warm hardly spa temperature. Room was poorly up kept. Mould and dust along the skirting boards. For $400 a night I think this place is massively overpriced. The location was great that's about the only thing. Defiantly wouldn't be coming back

We recently stayed at the Meriton Service Apartments on Pitt Street to celebrate an 18th birthday. This was our fifth visit at Meriton in Sydney where we have stayed at two different properties; twice in Kent Street and now three times at Pitt Street we wouldn't stay anywhere else. As usual we were welcomed and treated as V.I.P guests from...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
