I work at sydney uni and come here once or twice a month for the $10 steak lunch. It's always good- generous size steak cooked to order, nice fresh salad with dressing and a serve of chips. Includes a choice of sauces! The peppercorn one is severely tasty. They also do a great schnitzel with mash and always lovely fresh...

Our organisation (a nationwide music fanclub with a reach of over 1000) hosted our quarterly member city catch-up over the weekend at this venue. This involved a casual meal and drink meeting over a video screening that we provided the equipment for. It was a daytime activity in the bright and airy upstairs function room, and pre-booked with their events...

3 of us all ordered the $10 Rump, it was big, the chips great, the salad fresh, now thats a happy meal. cooked perfectly, well placed city location for a quick good and cheap feed without being trimmed down. Imagine found this pub in hipster haven, good pub food done right, No one could fault the food. I say its...

I stayed at Park Royal, Darling Harbour for 2 weeks. Hotel was decent and very convenient to our offices. Laundry service was very reliable. Room was a reasonable size and most things worked. If something didn't work it was sorted promptly. Free bottle water replenished daily

The furniture is the new club rooms is funky and the bathroom is excellent, we stayed on Level 8 and the club lounge is on level 9. The idea of a "club room", with access to a Qantas Club like business lounge, is gaining currency in many hotels. I first tried it in KL and really liked it: which was...

Overall an excellent experience. Initially they put me in a room that stunk of smoke. Even though the hotel is all non-smoking, some people can't help themselves. But that was quite a drag. Anyway, they moved me quickly, but importantly apologized too many times. Nonetheless, like the other Marriott hotels I have stayed in, excellent beds, pillows and a comfortable...

The hotel was outstanding from the well-appointed room, the excellent business center, to the concierge service. .The hotel location also provided access to the DBC and the tourist sites.

Stayed in this hotel over the New Year period and it was quite busy at the time. Prices were also more expensive at this time but we got what we paid for in so far as the beds were clean and the bathroom was accesible, (though not located in the room) The hotel itself had a warm atmosphere, with a...

I e-mailed the 'Royal' Hotel a room booking weeks up front, which they replied was 'confirmed'. Lucky for me I'd surfed their entire website & read all the fine print or I wouldn't have known that their idea of a 'confirmed' booking is one they'll then give away to anyone else who offers up their credit card details for the...
