I guess this depend on your expectations. This is misleadingly marketed as a hotel on Wotif etc, but is actually nothing more than a backpackers. On the plus side - Great location - Bathrooms were relatively clean compared to the rest - fairly quiet when we were there, but in places like this that depends very much on who else...

For a low budget this is adequate. I stayed a week & generally found clean amenities till the Sunday & the bin in my room not emptied for 2 days. Lady in office was pleasant and obliging. Kitchen fridges totally full. Bed comfortable but pillows very high. Not too noisy from my aspect. Fan provided.

This is a great option if you want to be close to the Central Station (which is about a 5 minute walk away), and it's close to heaps of restos, pubs, cafes, etc., and not too far (walking) from Darling Harbour and Chinatown (or was it Thai Town?). Clean room, clean bathrooms (and more private toilets/showers than in other hostels),...

The hotel's advantage is its central location but it it what it is - a place to spend a night when in Sydney. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean, bathrooms are clean too. The staff is ok but not going an extra mile to help you. When I was sleeping there were also roadworks going on behind the window...

We stayed back in November 2014 and were looking for a cheapish place to stay in a good location following our red eye flight into Sydney before driving up North; however we probably should have paid more and stayed somewhere else. The main factor in us staying at the hotel was that it was a very very busy period in...

This place suits backpackers who are on an extremely tight budget looking for somewhere fairly central to stay. Central train station was within walking distance, buses going past on George Street every minute or two. Multiple 7-11 stores nearby, and a fairly decent Coles supermarket in World Square across the road The rooms themselves were very bare, my room had...

I knew this was basically a Backpackers facility but expected better of the double ensuite room that I booked for $120. The toilet leaked every time it flushed - I didn't realise until I got back to the room quite late in the day. There was an odour of vomit wafting around the room when the windows were open. The...

Reviews of this place are very varied...I figured i'd take the chance. Very much regret doing so. I actually went and spent $45 on a single bedsheet at myers (only place still open at the time that sold sheets) so I didn't have to sleep on the horribly-stained sheets (still with someone else's hair in them) that were on the...

This hotel is more like a hostel and would suit those people who are on a budget and are really only going to be sleeping there. It's a shared bathroom facility and there is a common room in each area to make tea and coffee. Location is great though because it is right in the middle of the city and...
