I'm in this hotel for some nights with a colleague. I did not know the place. From website looks neat and new. The place is old and not maintained at all. Plus the price is absolutely not in line with the quality. I pay more than 500 asd for 3 nichts while my colleague with a fidelity card pays less...

Camperdown Rydges is fairly old and basic and priced accordingly. If you're looking to stay 10min walk up to the RPA there doesn't seem to be anything this low priced within walking distance. There is a bus into the city out the front of the hotel. It takes about ten minutes to the city. This is a useful budget hotel.

This hotel is very close to everything. If you have appointments at RPA Hospital it is only a short walk. Plenty of places to eat around there at great prices and heaps on your plate. Two things wrong with this hotel. (1) Air Con is set to one temp. all year round which makes it cold and cannot warm it...

I stay here when visiting the city. An older style hotel with large size rooms. Very accessible to the city and transport. Surprisingly quiet given so close to Broadway. Reasonably priced. Underground parking. Close to the hospital.

We stayed there 28 April 2017 in room 418. Cons - Pricey for what you get at $269 - Out dated furnitures. Age very visible. - Pool not heated - Breakfast menu is good but the meats were bunched together in one container ( bacon and sausage) which you don't normally see in other hotels. The hard boiled eggs were...

Ok to use as a base. We moved the bedside to discover a cherry ripe wrapper from a previous guest, lots of thick black hair everywhere and what appeared to be snot/phlegm on the bathroom roof. The clothes wire in the bathroom was rusty/gooey, I couldn't hang my daughters wet tee-shirt on it. Room service was very over priced for...

I find it hard to review this hotel, at which I've stayed several times, and accept the less than positive comments made by others. The positives are the location, the very comfortable beds and the friendly and efficient staff. I had an issue with the TV, reported it to the desk and within a few hours a brand new TV...

Just a short walk to Sydney University which was the basis of our stay. Close to Newtown and Alexandria which is full of great, cafes and shops. Right on the doorstep of RPA. The room was basic but served the purpose.
