This hostel was super clean and in the lobby it looks more like a hotel than a hostel, there is security to watch the doors 24-7 which is great to make everyone feel secure. I met some lovely people but due to the size of the hostel it was not very easy to get to know other people the same...

Hi Lisamh928, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and thanks for your valuable feedback. We have great security here with multiple guards and key cards to access the building after hours. In regards to your comments about finding it hard to meet people, whilst we are a larger hostel we do work very hard to create...

Lovely staff, super helpful. I was a solo traveler and this was my first ever hostel. I was in a 8 bed mixed dorm, meet some lovely people. The room was clean as were the toilets. Never used the common area/kitchen.

This is the first hostel we stayed at in Australia and it is very easy to locate - only a few minutes walk from the main train station. This is probably the largest hostel that we have been to, it must have had at least 500 beds across 8 floors. Saying this, we never had to wait more than 5...

I really don't know how to score this place - we had a whole litany of problems but the staff were very very helpful. We booked six nights in total: two in an ensue twin when we first arrived and four at the end of our time in Oz in a double with shared bathrooms. This place is a magnet...

Loved this place; first time travelling solo and first time staying in a hostel. Stayed for just over two weeks after booking in advance a mixed 6 dorm for three nights and a 6 female dorm for the remaining time. Met some great people who have become friends that I will definitely be meeting up with again. The hostel puts...

Central to everything in Sydney, Central Station walking distance. Nice and clean and plenty to do around the hostel. Staff were nice too. I recommend it. It's pricier than a lot of other hostels but it has the facilities and location to justify it.

I stayed at Wake Up! for my first week in Sydney, I cannot recommend the place enough! Beds are clean and comfortable, you have a large locker underneath the bunk for your valuables and you have your own personal bed side light and plug socket! Bathrooms are kept clean, showers are huge and come with a long shelf for you...

I stayed at Wake Up! for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier with this hostel. The hostel lobby feels like a hotel with free computers for residents use. Myself and my boyfriend stayed in a 6 bed dorm which was absolutely spotless and so spacious. Beds, sheets and pillows were so comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are a real turn...
