Get a corner room upgrade , especially on the northern side , the space and view are worth the extra $$$. parking is good and not expensive. you can park yourself as well. have stayed several times, always something happening , lift out , remodelling restaurant , but always good.

Only one night this time, but great service as always. Really like this place, staff are just fantastic. Check in was busy when I arrived so one of the managers from another department came over to help out, which is refreshing to see.

A great location but definitely NOT a 5 star Hotel. We were not told on check in that the carpark lifts were not working so had to carry our luggage through 4 levels of the carpark....and paid for the privilege. Ideally a valet service should have been offered at the self park price. Breakfast was very expensive considering the limited...

Staff from all departments, amazing. Very friendly and courteous love. Their services, outstanding. There's water bottle everytime you asked for your car. I haven't seen any service like this. I slept soundly for the first time like it was my own bed. Which never ever happened to my travelling time it doesn't matter how tired I am. Thank you Amora...

We stayed for 5 nights and celebrated our 20 years anniversary. The location of the hotel is good. We can walk to darling harbor and circular quay in 10 minutes. The room is very, very clean. There is supermarket just under the building. The room is very quiet and we can’t hear any noise. The staff members are very kind.

I've stayed at this hotel intermittently over the last 15 years, and it is very comfortable. The decor may not be up to the minute, but the staff are extremely attentive and the cleanliness is excellent

Indoor pool & spa made unwinding 'weatherproof ' as did hotel's location above Wynyard Station redevelopment, making transport and food options a budget breeze. We walked to Walsh Bay, Barangaroo, Circular Quay, Pitt St Mall, Botanic Gardens etc and trained to Central and Airport. No traffic hassles/ overnight parking fees required!
