Went with two young children and two parents. Staff gave us extra towels, toiletries, put a second single bed in room, and were very attentive in general. Nice details were: coffee maker with pods, bathrobe/slippers, Netflix, dark curtains to block out sun, very comfortable beds, hot water with excellent pressure in shower, large room with hallway, couch and table and chairs!
Superb location, as on a very quiet residential area, close to nice cafes and walk down to lively food area near darling harbour and also Market City.
Note: Restaurant was closed due to COVID-19 but it looked lovely from outside. Must return to try it out another time.
Will come back again with kids and as a couple as had a positive and relaxing experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here before joining our cruise ship.We booked a superior room and were definately not dissapointed! It was very modern,exceptionally clean,bright the large queen size bed was the most comfortable hotel bed my wife & I have slept in. The staff at reception were extreemely helpful,friendly and polite as were other staff members we came into contact with. Breakfast is buffet style with plentiful choice to suit all tastes and plenty of seating,evening dinner is delicious,again with plenty of choice and not overly expensive for a 4star hotel. The hotel is located in a residential street away from the noise of the busy main roads and is only a 10 minute walk away from Darling Harbour and Chinatown.If you book a room with a balcony,the hotel is only four storey so you don`t get a view as there are private apartments directly opposite but if that`s important to you,by all means,book a hotel that has one and pay probably double the price! This hotel is excellent value,clean&modern throughout,great staff and located in a quiet area,what`s not to like? Would very highly recommend!

very happy, stayed 5 nights for a very good price, rooms are fairly big and have balconies, equipped with all the necessary furniture's and equipment. Easy check in and out process, no hassles, hotel interior and rooms interior are very new and clean, only downside is the noise, that you can hear from next door very easily. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner at a reasonable price, will visit again next time I am in Sydney.

I stayed here for one night and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very quiet. The restaurant was closed due to Covid, however, there are plenty of restaurants around the area and I hope next time I stay here, the restaurant will be open as the menu looks so good. The hotel is well set up and is treating the Covid situation very responsibly with hand sanitizers everywhere.
Really great value, very quiet location and easy walking to the City ( I walked to Paddy's Markets in about 7 minutes).
I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night as I had a medical appointment nearby the next day.
The midday checkout was great and is a reason that I would stay there again. I needed to be in Darlinghurst for 20 past and it was only a 10 minute drive away so timing was perfect.
We had to complain multiple times about noisy neighbours before something was done. When my husband first brought it up he was told we would bw waiting until the staff changed over about an hour after. As it was then 11pm and our toddler hadn't yet managed to go to sleep we were given a different room but it felt substandard to the one that we'd been in. We were also given complimentary coffee the next morning and the staff were great with our son.
Partly the fault of my husband for not asking when booking breakfast, and partly the fault of no notices anywhere, but I was disappointed to be given a menu when arriving downstairs in the morning rather than it being a buffet. The food that we ended up ordering was good value but the buffet was one of the reasons I booked this hotel in particular.
It seems strange that they advertise which rooms have a balcony but there's no furniture on said balcony. It's not like you can sit there and enjoy the view.
We paid $1 for parking as we booked directly and it is right underneath the hotel. Very convenient! And as we only have a shower at home, having a bath was amazing.
We will be staying there again in roughly 8 weeks as I will be having a follow up and the hotel is more than good value for what we need.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. All staff are welcoming and were genuinely kind. The rooms are spotless and clean. This hotel is so secure and you will always feel safe. The parking is also cheap and you don't need to worry about finding street parking. The location is amazing you could walk or an uber/ola would only be $7-$10. Overall was such an amazing stay will be going back more often!

You can walk to Darling Harbour and Central Station in about ten minutes from this hotel and it is in a quiet location. Rooms are comfortable but not very big. We had to report noisy guests in an adjoining room one night and to be fair the hotel night staff dealt with this well.

Stayed here for 4 nights.
Had a bit of difficulty on arrival not being aware of the height restriction, a bit of playing around and removal of roof racks got me in eventually and probably saved me a fortune in parking fees.
Rooms were good, had everything needed and were clean.
Staff were friendly and polite every time we walked past the counter.
Location was brilliant we walked everywhere during our stay, darling Harbour several times, Broadway shopping centre, China town and central.
Our only letdown was we booked online on a family package which stated that 2 for 1 breakfasts were included, when we booked our breakfast on the first night we were told they didn’t offer it, and quoted $70 for the family inc 20% discount (expecting to be paying around $55), needless to say we cancelled that, in the end each day we just held our appetites and ate ate darling harbour or shopping centres.

Yes there is a charge for the airport shuttle.
We can only help provide one going to the airport. You can arrange this the day before your departure at $16.00 per person. It takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour to reach the airport with the shuttle bus.
