Located on Clarence Street, this hotel provides an excellent central Sydney location. Reception is open 24 hrs. The rooms are compact and show a few signs of wear and tear, but overall quite a satisfactory stay at this price point.

Such a incredible location to stay in Sydney. Being right in the centre your I are a short walk from all the major spots including Pitt street mall, circular quay and Martin place. The staff are very friendly! The rooms are clean and very spacious as well as very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Just for one night i stayed here and the room was small but it was clean and sufficient for the one night. Great location and the staff at the front country were very helpful. Close to shops and supermarkets. Only thing that we thought was a bit weird was why was the TV on the wall infront of the single...

I clearly paid too much for this room while on a business trip from interstate. While it was clean and functional, the consumables (tea/coffee/sugar/milk, soap/shampoo/etc) were obviously amongst the cheapest possible. No other in room amenities - no welcome booklet or room instructions, no chairs, I had to use a shared scorched/dirty iron and greasy ironing board in the hot/humid...

Rooms are a bit small but easy access to city. Good for short trips. Close to QVB and other known spots, but overall is still okay as air conditioning is nice and beds are soft. Staffs are friendly too to add.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room were adequate and somewhat renovated. Only problem was the shower leaking and wetting the carpet which smelled. When contacting reception they advised this does happen after multiple showers and they will have a look, but never did

Central location close to the QVB and the shops. Easy walk to Darling Harbour and China Town. A bit tired inside and not as nice as Breakfree on George which is unfortunately rather out of the way. Clean and comfortable beds.

My room 602 smelled strongly of mould and made all my clothes smell like mould for days afterwards. There was not much traffic noise and the location was good. Nice staff, lifts and keycard access was good.

Dear 8xthejoy, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent stay experience with us. We are glad to learn that the majority of your stay was good and comfortable as expected. Easy walk to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. Would stay again for location in CBD. Staff offered to store luggage when we arrived early and room was not ready and to also send text message when room made up.
