We (3 x couples) stayed for Crowded Houses gig at the opera house & are keen to stay again. Continental brekky is free, however we got the menu & it was lovely.... but pretty sure we were charged $16 for essentially avo on toast, which i thought was a bit excessive. The location is brilliant, easy to get to everywhere...

The Lord Nelson Hotel was recommended to us, and we stayed there for three nights while visiting Sydney. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was also clean with plenty of hot water. We were glad that we booked well in advance, because not all rooms had en suite bathrooms like our room. It can get a little...

Great pub, good vibe, nice feed, beers exceptional!!! The Lord Nelson Pale Ale is a beautiful drop. Highly recommended. Pub gets crowded, as it is very popular, but patience rewards with a table !!! I highly recommend this hotel for a catchup with mates or a night out with the bride.

Friendly helpful staff and customers. Great atmosphere, plenty of excellent beers and good food to go with it. I asked for help in choosing which beers and the staff were very helpful, we then shared a beef pie (and mash and mushy peas) and an extra plate and cutlery were provided without us even asking for it.

We really enjoyed staying here (in room 302). The hotel is a lovely old character building and our room (302) was roomy with lots of charm. Very quiet and comfortable. Really enjoyed the pub as well - would happily stay here again.

This was our first stop of our trip round NSW, and I think it was a pretty good start!. There was a couple of things we weren't so keen on, the noise in the room from pipe work for one and our experience of having a a couple of meals in the bar, being asked to pay twice for our...

Just spent 8 nights here.Very easy booking in , they even helped with the luggage. This is a lovely historic building in the rocks , and an easy 12 minute stroll to circular quay or 20 minutes to darling harbor. Buses stop across the road if you don't fancy walking. Nice breakfast , juice and cereals followed by toast and...

We went here for a night out with friends, they had entertainment on which gave the place a real vibe, this is an old world english type pub with a good selection of interesting beers, we ate here and opted to sit downstairs near the entertainment, the food is your normal pub type and good portions and reasonably priced, the...

Advertised as the Sydney's Oldest Hotel! It is located in the Rocks area which is a very atmospheric and historic part of the Sydney. A short 5 minute walk will bring you to the Circular Quay from where you can connect to the metro, and the ferry networks. The hotels room are on the top floors of the pub. Breakfast...
