George does great breakfasts and likes a chat in the mornings. Rooms have everything you need, are clean and comfortable and serviced daily. Fridge, TV, aircon...

We selected Hotel 59 because of the size and location, this is a small hotel owned and run by George, who was one of the most helpful people we met on our adventure. Our room was very nice and clean, large and spacious, breakfast that was included was amazing and a great start to our day. George was very helpful...

Travelling light with kids is not easy and it wasn't for us but George and the gang made us feel at home. Small property self managed but the attention and small gestures make it a good experience. Breakfast is great and free so is wi-fi, make the best of it. Suggested for light travellers and preferably without kids as there...

Dear Varum C Thank you for your comments we are glad that the most part you had a positive experience at hotel 59, unfortunately the room was a little tight for you but as explained at time of booking the standard double room does not suit a family with a baby. I stayed for 2 weeks at the Hotel 59 in early November 2015 and enjoyed it immensely! George and his father Spiro own and run the small hotel, as well as a café underneath it (on the ground floor). As a wonderful breakfast, with numerous choices, was included in my room rate, I chatted with George and Spiro every morning,...
