Short scenic walks to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Downtown Sydney. AND Starbucks, bar, train station, grocery stores across the streets! Rooms were nothing spectacular. But for the money, you won't find a better place to stay if you are going to explore Sydney by foot.

Travelodge Wynyard was in the perfect location for this business trip. The room was light and spacious and the bathroom recently refurbished. The bed was super comfy, but unfortunately noise from the building works across the park didn't make for a great nights sleep, but this is out of the Travelodge's hands. I've stayed here twice now, and would stay...

I killed three cockroaches over the course of my stay. There was some poor management of a catering event which had me sit waiting an hour with no service in the restaurant, without having been warned of the situation. Some floors are in need of major refurbishment.

The overall experience was excellent, I decided to stay in and dine in the restaurant, the food and service was excellent. Being very close to the Wynyard station made it easy to get to and from the airport and to attend my conference at the Opera House. Overall a great experience and value for money.

very well situated as a stopping place before our cruise. Handy to catch the train from the airport. comfortable, clean room and the price reasonable. Just a pity the reception staff didn't make us feel more welcome and were more helpful. I would probably stay there again if i wasn't with my disabled sister.

Disappointing that we had to move rooms after evening one due to the noisy air con and the room being too hot. Moved to a smaller, cheaper room but were not offered a refund for the price difference of the rooms. We asked and they rejected our request

Great staff! Went above and beyond! My husband got lost with the kids after he dropped me to check in. One staff had gone to neighbouring hotel to get a crib for my baby, while another stood on the street with me giving directions to hubby. They also upgraded us to s suite and sent up a pizza for us-...

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Great location for sight seeing, 5 minutes walk to circular quay and the hotel is across the road from Wyndyard train station which is on the same line as airport. The rooms are in good condition and the hotel is in the process of renovating the rooms. Apart from a couple of stains...

Average hotel under refurbishment however I felt too pricey for current status. Aircon didn't work in 2 out of 3 rooms we booked. Staff were nice enough to move us however only took up the offer for 1 room as the other had kids, too much trouble to uproot them to change.
