Our first room was very nice (we were there 2 nights). After coming back from Ayers Rock, we stayed 3 more nights and had an even nicer room - quite a bit larger with a sofa, more chairs, etc. The concierge was very helpful when we discovered a tour didn't pick up at the hotel as we had been told....

We loved our stay here and were very impressed with the upgrade to our suite. It was so elegantly decorated. We also really liked the personal touch of chilled complementary wine delivered to our room. We will definitely be back!!

Staying more than 10 days I can say following: I dont think, that this is the best 5 Star Hotel in Sydney, but probably the best choice you can make anyway. First of all: location is amazing, but don't expect a georgeous view. Room size is very good, but you have to like the "old school" charm. Very clean room,...

Large comfortable room with view of Circular Quay. Easy to check in and out.Good facilities and reasonable value. Slightly noisy at night time but not an issue for us. Would certainly recommend for anyone wanting stay in the Circular Quay/Rocks area.

I recently spent two nights at this hotel. I really wish it it had been longer and would stay here every time I visit Sydney if I could. Lovely large room with a view of circular quay, excellent service and wonderful public rooms. I loved the country house style of some of the public areas. My future number one choice...

We spent 4 nights at Sir Stamford and wished we could have stayed longer! Clean, quiet, well located hotel with very spacious rooms. The staff made feel so welcome. At $18 per person the continental breakfast was great value for money. We will be back!
